Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, hôte très disponible pour répondre aux questions. Transport en commun à côté pour rejoindre le centre de la ville. Donc très pratique, je recommande :)

Very nice place and great for skiing

It's a great place for a great price! We didn't know that there wouldn't be a view and that the space was quite small, but because the price was so great, I didn't look closer at the description. Thus, that's on me, and I could have known that beforehand. If parking close to the apartment is important to you, make sure to reserve a spot in the garage as Kim recommends. We didn't do it and had to park in the city. A reserved spot in the city is cheaper, but parking at the apartment is just easier.All the slopes leading to the apartment complex are red but very wide and doable if you aren't very experienced like me. :) The lift leads to an area with lots of blue slopes, which was great for me, too. :)Even though the apartment is small, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen has all utensils needed for cooking meals. :) Also, Kim answers all requests very quickly, which was great!Altogether, I would definitely recommend this place for two people! :)

Toppen läge, välutrustad lägenhet . Eftersom lägenheten låg på gatuplan, skulle det ha behövts gardiner i vardagsrummet/kök för att förhindra insyn. Förutom der var vi mycket nöjda med lägenheten och vistelsen i Åre.

Mysig lägenhet i vackert hus mitt i charmiga Vasastan med närhet till restauranger och goda kommunikationer m T-bana, pendeltåg och buss.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist super. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gelegen, sodass man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Leider sind die Fenster sehr alt und es zieht, sodass die Wohnung sehr kalt ist. Im Badezimmer fehlt die Tür der Dusche, sodass das Badezimmer komplett nass wird.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Södermalm, der Wohnung von Elias. Die Lage ist sehr gut, um Stockholm zu Fuß kennen zu lernen, aber auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte in großer Zahl ringsherum in Laufweite. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, die sonstige Einrichtung skandinavisch gemütlich, sie ist schön hell. Wenn man, wie wir, zu sechst dort übernachtet, müssen 2 Menschen sich auf das Schlafsofa im gemeinsamen Wohnraum einstellen, damit auf gute Absprachen für den Tagesablauf sorgen und möglichst vertraut miteinander sein. Die Wohnung/ das Haus ist etwas hellhörig.Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
