Overall the apartment is great - very clean, comfy, looks like the photos, and easy to get around from. Not what we expected from the outer building as there was a doctor’s office and long hallway that seemed very empty. We did have an issue with the code/lock to the apartment door and difficulty checking in. We had a later check-in and was eventually able to get ahold of Olof. He was very understanding of the issue and quickly set us up with a new unit. Other than that everything was great!

Dette er en nydelig leilighet med en fantastisk utsikt og en praktisk beliggenhet, bare en kort avstand fra sentrum med buss. Det er enkelt å finne frem til, og atmosfæren er herlig. Det eneste lille minuset er at det kan bli litt kjølig om kveldene, da det ikke er mulig å regulere temperaturen på grunn av den gamle bygningen og ovnen.

Everything was okay! Just the bathroom had some weird smells and the building seems to be a renovated hospital now serving for AirBNBs. It was all good for a 3 days stay but just something to keep in mind if you are looking for a very cozy environment!

Unfortunately, the pictures don’t quite reflect what you get. The bathroom looks like in an old hospital (with blue tiles), also the floor was pretty strange and looked dirty with colour stains. The kitchen is pretty old. Nevertheless, the bedroom+living room are spacious and cozy. But a little bit cold. Check-in and communication was great, especially the answer time. The location itself is okay, but the Metro is quite far. The house is noisy as they were currently doing some renovations, etc. Also the elevator was annoying as often it just did not work although we properly used the buttons & codes. In general, for the price the experience was okay.

Zeer leuk en proper appartement! Locatie was top, veel te doen en een goede verbinding met het centrum.

Otroligt bra läge för de som ska upp för att åka skidor utan bil. Några hundra meter till sittlift som tar en upp till toppen av skidbacken och gångavstånd till både affärer, skiduthyrning, resturanger, och barer. Väldigt bra pris för vad man får och tydliga instruktioner för boendet gällande ut och incheckning samt användning av tvättrum och dylikt. Värden var även hjälpsam och snabb på att svara på frågor ifall man hade funderingar. Toppen bra!

Mycket bra bemötande, snabb på att svara och tydliga svar. Vi hade lite krångel med att komma in (det verkar som att vi kom precis i en övergång från kort till app för access) men det löste Pontus snabbt och effektivt. Vi anmälde fel och det kom en reparatör med en gång.
