Elia’s Place is a small apartment on the ground floor of a building and feels very safe and secure. It is next to the lift of the building and we often heard loud bangs and noises from people going up and down. We were woken up one morning at 9am by a maintenance person telling us he had been directed to the flat to work on the metre. We had not been made aware of this visit by the host so felt a bit annoyed we had been woken up early. Luckily he only stayed 10 minutes so the drilling didn’t last long. The mattress was very comfy and having two duvet covers for a double bed was great. The linen was soft and bedding was thick enough to be warm throughout the night. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances to make a meal and was clean/organised. The shower and toilet were clean but water from the shower did drip on the floor when in use. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Elias flat and would recommend it for a weekend away. The location is great walking distance to most places.
