We had a lovley stay at Frederiks apartment. The flat is nice and clean and the communication with Fredrik was always very easy.

The apartment was great! Its location was perfect for getting into the city. It had everything we needed to have a great time and would highly recommend. The view was lovely through the windows and the surrounding area was peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Spotlessly clean, large airy rooms, lovely decor and a quiet location. It was -6 one of the evenings and the place was still warm inside. We liked walking in and out of the city each day and felt 100% safe everywhere we were. The nearest metro stop is 7 minutes away should you need it. A big plus is the street around the corner which was full of lovely restaurants and bars, we tried several, all very good. Would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was smaller that I thought it was going to be but overall for a weekend of skiing it was suitable and the location is great. The only down side was that we arrived later in the evening and and the sofa bed wasn’t made up, it also wasn’t the most comfortable bed.

We stayed for 5 days in February. The flat was fantastic, so well situated close to shops, restaurants, parks and transport all within easy reach. Check in was a breeze and Elias was helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the main living/dining room was well laid out and great for family meals in the flat. The pull out couch was easy to use and super comfortable our 13 year old slept on it and it was super easy to put away during the day. The lift was handy for getting bags up to the third floor and the check in/locks were simple. There were loads of grocery snd wine shops in 2-3 block radius and great local restaurants and shops. We had a great visit to the city and even had some nice winter snow. Would definitely come back for another visit. Thanks again for a great stay

Good location in the centre of Åre

We really loved this apartment. Good place to discover Stockholm by foot. Centrally located. Small but cozy and charming! Metro stations and shops/restaurants nearby! We definitely recommend it!

Lovely little studio with everything you need. New building, modern design, comfortable beds. Nice and warm, even when it was sub-zero outside. Little way out of town but in a nice residential area and close to the river. Quick journey to the centre and old town on the ferry and not too much longer on the bus. Communication was good; standard messages with all relevant information. Code locks on the doors so check-in and out was easy and no need to worry about keys. Overall, I think you'd be hard pushed to find a better value place.

Great place for short-term stay. The location is quiet and peaceful, near the supermarket and in 10-15 minutes to subway station. Very thorough check-in and check-out instructions, very fast response times from the host. However, it seems that apartment complex is strictly for airbnb renting, so if you are looking for true Swedish living experience, you won’t get it. It’s like a hotel, but with slightly more privacy. It’s not necessarily a minus, depends on your needs. Also the kitchen lacked some supplies for cleaning like sponges.

Two of us stayed here for our trip to Stockholm and couldn’t recommend this place enough! Perfect location, quiet area but close to restaurants, cafes and Old Town.

Die Lage war perfekt und man hat in der Wohnung alles was man braucht. Für ein paar Tage Stockholm perfekt. Leider keine fünf Sterne, da das Wlan nicht funktioniert hat.
