The apartment is immaculate, has a fully stocked Miele kitchen and is comfortable. Understated luxury describes it perfectly. We will be back next time we come to Stockholm.

Olof’s place was just as described, and I highly recommend it! It’s a beautiful home, and we loved the location. There’s public transportation, a grocery store, and good restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen is gorgeous! We enjoyed the amazing coffee, and cooking was easy - the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

Hello the flat is very well equipped. there are even games Piano PS3 ane kitchen is fully equipped. the situaion is marvelous. it is important to mention : 1. taxis do not have access to the street of the flat2. there is no support from the host after 22h00. and i beleive this should have been mentionned prior to booking! we arrived at 1h00 am with 2 kids and -5 °C. i was anxious there would be slightest chance that the codes do not work.. batteries of lock flat.. or or or...what to do?? in the middle of the night!!? the codes did work and everything went well but I beleive that one wants to rent his flat must be available in case of emergency 24/7! other than the flas was very good!

Grym liten lägenhet, med ski in / out. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Jättefint boende med bra kök! Lätt att ta sig till tottliften på morgonen via den lilla bron på våning fyra och smidigt att ta sig hem via passage från bergbanan efter liftarna stängt. Spenderade nyår där så lite kallt att gå men ändå smidiga sätt att komma ner till byn. Däremot var kommunikationen lite svår ibland. Vi fick instruktionerna på utcheckningen samma dag kl 11, vi checkade ut vid 10. Händer det er med så ska man lägga alla sängkläder och handdukar på golvet samt gå ut med soporna, även diska. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen.

Ren och fräsch lägenhet med oerhört bra ski-in-ski-out. Liten men välplanerad gör lägenheten perfekt för en vecka i Åre!

Easy check in, fast response from the host, great accommodation in a great part of the city.

Easy to get in however get the fob on arrival because my phone died one night and we were locked out and someone had taken our fob so we were locked out until my phone turned on, nothing really around the place but if you get a scooter it’s 10 mins into the centre so not bad location

Apartment was beautiful, even more spacious than in the photos provided. Really quiet building that you need to respect as a quest.

It was a good and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our time!

Vi boede to gutter i 4 dage og havde et rigtig godt ophold!

I had a very nice stay with 3 adults feeling comfortable. We had some exceptionally cold winter days and the heating of the old building is not ideal. Everything else was great and the host was responsive for any of our requests.

I really want to give it a higher rating but I cant. No instructions on how to use the appliances . The most annoying thing was the indoor climate. It was so dame hot. the radiator make its so hot its hard to breath. Turning the radiator off will make it very cold. I tried using the ac unit to controll the temperature but very hard to get it right. The apartment was either very cold or very hot. We woke up many times drained in sweat. Then I tried controlling the tempature and when we woke up again we were shivering because it was so cold. When I got a good temperature on the loft to a good temperature for sleeping. Down stairs was very very cold. Circulation in apartment is very bad. also issue with the loft. The ceiling is very low. Don't know how many times me and my girlfriend hit our heads. And they have also placed a fire detector on the low ceiling. I hit my head in that one so many times. Now because of temperature issues me and my gf is laying in bed with heigh fever.

Highly recommended! Close to the metro station, clean, good looking and well equipped apartment! Perfect communication with a host, ideal for few days :)

Andreas is a good host and writes back quickly. The apartment is well connected to the centrum. You can choose what public transport you want because the stops are close (light tram, ferry, bus). The interior of room is clean, spacious and nice. Perfect for short trip :)

Fin lägenhet med bra Ski in Ski out möjlighet (50 meter till den ena backen åt vänster och ca 75 meter till den andra om man går till höger) Vill man ta skidbussen till exempelvis Åre är det bästa att åka skidor ner till Skicentret i Tege och sen liften upp igen då man vill tillbaka, då huset ligger med en härlig höjd upp på berget. Fantastisk utsikt över Åre och bergen. Mysigt med egen grillplats och lugnt och fridfullt område. Kimmo som värd var lätt att få tag på och gav snabb återkoppling o åtgärd om vi behövde något. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka 😊👍🏼
