Beskrivning av boende var helt korrekt, rent & fräscht med ett fint badrum. Trevligt bäddat! Skall man vara noga skulle det kunna varit lite renare golv men annats var det mycket rent. Läget är lite avsides, vi stannade över julen och det var väldigt lugnt. För att ta sig in till Stockholm är båten som avgår från Saltsjöqvarns kaj mycket praktisk. På cirka 15-20 min anländer man Nybroplan och befinner sig då centralt i stan. Dessa båtar går 3-4 gånger i timmen. Promenad från boende till kaj går på cirka 5 min. Alternativet är buss in till Söder och Slussen. I lägenheten fann vi ett begränsat utbud av glas, bestick, kastruller, toalettpapper, disktabletter, kaffe och te. Vi sov alla tre gott även om bäddsoffan var något fast. Negativt med boendet är läget samt det begränsat antal parkeringsplatser i direkt anslutning till boendet. Närmsta matbutik cirka 1-2 km bort. Vi hade tyvärr en del utmaningar med tillgängligheten då siffrorna till portkoden frös fast och hissen gick sönder.

We stayed for 6 nights at the end of December and we were 4 people (1 couple and two adult daughters). The sofa bed comfortably sleeps two people. The house was well heated. The location is great because public transport works VERY well. To get to the station where you catch the train to go to the city center, you can walk, it takes 10 minutes, or take the bus, it takes 2 minutes. The bus stop is right next to the house, about 50 meters. The bus runs very frequently, you don't need to worry about the timetable. Overall, it takes 25min to 30 min to go to the center The area is residential and very quiet. For those who want to cook, they have the basic tools to do so, but the apartment is small so it is necessary to keep the extractor fan on, so that the smell does not enter the entire house. For us, the negative point was that the building didn't have an elevator (we took a lot of luggage!)Andreas responds quickly!Overall, we highly recommend it and the price is worth it!

Mycket trevligt boende. Med nära till både lift och Centrum. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten som var nyrenoverad o hade alla bekvämligheter som vi krävde.

Fin lejlighed i nyt kvarter.

We had a very nice stay in this cosy apartment. It was warm and well equipped. The addition of wifi would have improved the stay.

Lägenheten var enligt förväntan eftersom vi bott i området förut. Alla bekvämligheter finns men det är lite 70-talskänsla över lägenheten. Sköna sängar och lakan. Liten promenad till Åres mest centrala skidlift. Ca 10 min promenad in till byn. Sammantaget ett bra boende för en veckas skidåkning i Åre.

This place is run by a company, with good informative, but automated messages by ‘Elias’. It’s a one room studio and is stripped down to a minimum, cheapest (poor) pillows and blankets, only 2-3 of each cutlery, washing machine - but no tabs, no plants / art on the walls (in contrary to the pictures). No charm. Also the pushy emails asking for a five star review put me off. Especially, with the additional request only to write critical feedback in private?! That said, it seems to be run efficiently and was very clean. It’s located in a still developing area, and cabins seems to be mostly populated with seasonal workers and tourists. The wooden complex seems new and is in good shape. Price is also fair, I would say. Despite the feeling of being in ‘the middle of nowhere’ it’s less than 10 min, from the central station, which helps forgetting the windy and half deserted area feeling. If you are looking for a place only to sleep, go! If you also want to hang out, look for something else.

Tolle moderne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür bringt einen in 15 min bis Stockholm rein.

Die Wohnung war genau wie erwartet. Übersichtlich, angenehm sauber und es war alles vorhanden.

Väldigt trevlig värd. Mycket fint boende med väldigt fin utsikt! Perfekt för två stycken att bo i över en ”weekend”. Nära till tunnelbanan och buss så man tar sig runt väldigt lätt.

Elia’s place is small and cozy, we appreciate the position and the quietness of the area even at NYE. He was very detailed in informations. Nothing is missed in the room, you just to get used to the small shower (not a ‘mission impossible’).

That was a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The neighbourhood is awesome, everything is just around the corner, super cool big store just in the same building. The apartment itself is spacious, well-thought, clean, well equipped and really really beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay there for the whole and enjoy the views through the panoramic windows. We felt like at home, thank you! If we’ll come back to Stockholm, we’ll stay with you again.
