Das Viertel wird sicher in Zukunft ein tolles Viertel sein, derzeit ist es noch nicht ganz fertig - tw. in der Umgebung noch Baustelle. Aber es entsteht etwas sehr Modernes, mit Parkanlage und toller Lage am Wasser. Leider sind kaum Möglichkeiten zum Lebensmittel-Einkauf in Fussnähe. Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist sehr gut - zu Fuss ca. 8 Minuten zum Bus, mit dem man 1-2 Stationen (max. 6 Minuten) in die Stadt fährt. Busse kommen häufig, ist überhaupt kein Problem.Elias ist ein super Gastgeber - immer erreichbar per Mail, er reagiert schnell, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war super süß mit den großen Fenstern und den Betten in der Galerie. Wir haben uns immer aufs Nachhause kommen gefreut :-)

Appartement surprenant dont le principal avantage est la localisation. Il est idéalement placé pour accéder aux principaux points d'intérêt de Stockholm, ce qui le rend très intéressant. Pour le reste, il est fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Nous étions un groupe de 3 et n'avons utilisé l'appartement que pour la nuit. Il vaut peut-être mieux chercher ailleurs si vous prévoyez de passer du temps dans l'appartement, mais si vous chercher une adresse fonctionnelle pour loger dans de bonnes conditions et de profiter de la ville par ailleurs, c'est parfait. La communication avec Olof était efficace avec des instructions claires et complètes bien qu'il y ait eu de nombreux mails de rappel sur les impératifs (notamment l'heure du check-out).Dans l'ensemble, une très bonne prestation.

Bei unserem Kurzurlaub in Stockholm haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Apartment. Alle Informationen zum Check-in und Check-out haben wir am Tag vor der Anreise erhalten und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Das Apartment ist in einer sehr guten Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Dusche, was jedoch bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt kein Problem dargestellt hat.

Für den Preis eine sehr gute Location

Séjour parfait chez Elias. L’appartement est très agréable, bien placé, très propre. Il est près des commerces, des restaurants. Seul petit bémol, l’ouverture tout le long du séjour avec le téléphone via l’appli Parakey demande de ne jamais oublier d’avoir un téléphone chargé . Nous recommandons vivement l’appartement d’Elias. Katell et Samuel.

L'appartement correspondant à l'annonce. C'est propre et Elias est réactif. Je prendrai de nouveau une location lors de ma prochaine visite sur Stockholm.

One of the most convenient and optimal accommodation solutions in Goteborg in my opinion. Could be a bit cheaper though. Anyway - all good, nothing to complain about really.

Very beautiful apartment and great surroundings with lots of different ways to the city centre. Everything was as described and was really clean. I will definitely come back :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Uns hat gewundert, dass die sehr helle Außenbeleuchtung für den gesamten Wohnkomplex die ganze Nacht angeschaltet war.

Fin leilighet. Kan gjerne komme tilbake. Gangavstand til det meste :)

We had a great time during our stay at Olof’s place. One night the upper residents left music on all night, Olof made sure to contact the building management, and the issue was resolved. Tons of shops and restaurants to walk to, and centrally located between boat ferries, subway and bus stations.
