Casa accogliente in pieno stile scandinavo, ottima posizione per quanto riguarda i bus che portano al centro storico e alle principali stazioni metro. Zona tranquilla e ordinata.

Une semaine de bonheur dans ce nid perché en haut d'un immeuble de Sodermalm.L'appartement était impeccable et fidèle à sa description. Nous avons adoré notre séjour passé dans cet appartement et le recommandons à tous les couples qui souhaitent découvrir Stockholm.

Cute little apartment, everything was clean and the communication was easy! It is a bit outside the center of Östermalm, but easy to get into the city center by Metro.

Very conveient location and great views.

Delightful clean apartment on a quiet street in very attractive central area of Stockholm, with nice eating places and Coop general stores nearby. The apartment is easy to access with a lift and key safe (useful for a couple if you are going to different places and coming back at different times) with good instructions. It's very compact and cleverly designed to fit in everything you need without feeling cramped. The shower over the toilet (apparently called a Stockholm Shower) is a clever use of space. Very useful that there was an electric kettle and a microwave. There were only thin duvets for the bed but the flat is very warm and even with the window open we were quite warm enough. We enjoyed the modern art posters on the wall - especially the colourful one by Sonia Delaunay !

This place is a gem. It’s very well located, you can easily walk to tourist sites while staying out of the bustle in a hip neighborhood. The place is spotless and as described. Of note, other comments noted lack of wifi, but it worked without any issue for us.

The apartment is spacious, minimally decorated, and comfortable, with beautiful waterfront views. While the space is generally clean, beware that the bathroom may have an unsettling smell. It improved over time as we showered and aired out the apartment.The apartment is located in a quiet and safe residential area ~10 min walk to the nearest metro and grocery store. There is an elevator in the building, though it can be finicky.Andreas was communicative, but a few small touches would have gone a long way toward improving our overall experience. We stayed 6 nights and he provided the bare minimum in advertised amenities; multiple requests for more toilet paper and trash bags went ignored. He did however get us sheets for the bedroom and an extra pair of towels after some back and forth. He also had a cleaner come promptly to address the mold we found in the washer’s detergent drawer.All in all, we had a fine stay and guests staying just a few nights shouldn’t have any problems.

Our stay at Elias's place was great. The apartment looks just like the photos, the only thing I felt was missing was a dish drying rack which could be put easily right next to the sink. Other than that, the apartment was clean, check-in went smoothly and it's pretty easy to get into the city center by metro. Communication with Elias went also great, he was very responsive. All in all I recommend this place to aby travelers who don't want to spend way too much money on hotels or apartments near the city center.

Muy buen alojamiento calidad-precio. Muy acogedor y practico para dos personas. Un poco lejos de la ciudad, pero muy bien comunicado en metro (alrededor de 20 minutos).

Appartement très bien placé géographiquement, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Effectivement la salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle, cela ne nous a pas dérangé ! Nous n’avons manqué de rien 😀

Bra boende för några dagars besök i Åre som har allt man behöver på liten yta. Fin utsikt!

We had a lovely stay at Elias' place. We recommend it to everyone visiting Stockholm for a few days.

It’s a lovely place and appartment to stay in. It’s quiet, easily accessible with free parking. The television has an internet connection for stuff like Youtube, but no wifi for your phone or stuff like that. Bring your own soap for the washing machine if you plan on using it.

Todo perfecto

Appartement gelegen in een rustige buurt en toch voldoende dicht bij het centrum dat makkelijk te bereiken was met de metro of te voet. Het appartement zelf was gerieflijk en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen.

Fantastisk plats att bo på. Utsikten är fantastisk. Perfekt läge att börja utforska staden. Badrummet hade en något oangenäm doft, men jag är överlag mycket nöjd!

We absolutely loved the location of the place. There is an amazing view of the water and the city centre is still reachable by metro in about 20 min. The place is quite small for more than 2 people but if everyone squeezes here and there it's also fine for more people. The only problem that we had was the front door that was extremely stuck and we didn't manage to get inside for the first 30 min until Elias gave us the right tip so prepare to pull the door handle really hard when you get there.
