sehr schön gelegene wohnung mitten in södermalm! die abwicklung lief unkompliziert und einfach. zutritt ins haus und die wohnung über eine schlüsselapp. die wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles inkludiert was man braucht!elias war immer via mail erreichbar, sofern was gebraucht wurde!schönes viertel und super lokale in der nahen umgebung!gerne wieder!!

Mycket centralt och bra läge på boendet, det enda önskemålet vi har är att det skulle varit lite bättre mörkläggningsgardiner och skönare huvudkuddar.

Best neighborhood in Stockholm—restaurants and shopping. Easy access to parks, busses, metro, and about a 30 min walk to Gamla Stan if you like a walk. Easy instructions to get in. If you’re American, you’ll notice the appliances take a lot longer in Sweden. Our washer didn’t work, but there were three others in the building very conveniently. The kitchen could use some better mugs for tea in the morning, several of the blinds and curtains don’t work, and the grout in the bathroom needs a clean or a redo to freshen it up. The shower is handheld, so just be aware of that. The layout is ideal for two people, and the location couldn’t be better, and Elias is very responsive and super easy to work with. Great place for the money. Oh, and the bed is super comfortable, and the summer air lovely at night.

The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. All good, very convinient location. The window in the small bedroom does have an integrated curtain. The wifi was fine.The small downsides: the bed in the small bedroom is basically a mattress in a pedestal with a ladder. Our kids were too scared to use it. We took the mattress down and they slept well on it.The frying pan was very old. No iron (we were told it was broken), no microwave.

House was everything we wanted. Clean and bright. Location is perfect in the middle of Gamla Stan. Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to museums and royal palace. Elias is very communicative and helped us locate a lost iPad after we had already checked out. Would definitely stay again!

A great spot tucked away just by the stream. There is a beautiful swimming hole right by the unit just under the bridge. Unit is clean and has everything you’d need for a great dinner with friends. Location was excellent - close to town and restaurants as well as walking trails and biking !

We stayed 4 nights for Gothia Cup. The place is great for 3 people, compact but smart. Nice area with Jubilueumsparken around the corner, plenty of parking spaces and the bus stop within a 3 minute walk. Elias is a really responsive and proactive host!We will surely be back!

Overall, it is acceptable for the price. We were a bit surprised with the hot water issue when we arrived. It should have been mentioned in description if the facility is not well-equipped for 2 people, especially when it is related to water supply. One other small detail, that is not correct from the description, our room didn’t have hangers. And the missing of iron should be mentioned as well. However, the neighbor was quiet and reachable from city center and the stay was fine. We had 3 nights in Elias place.

Bra boende och det motsvarade våra förväntningar.Bra kommunikation till Gothia Cups matcher som var syftet med vår resa samt bra kommunikation in till centrala Göteborg. Elias svarade snabbt på frågor. Prisvärt boende. Fräsch och ren lägenhet.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und gut mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof erreichbar. Sie ist klein und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Elias war sehr zeitnah und gut. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Brilliant place to stay. I would definitely recommend. Still some construction work going on but this did not effect us. Exciting to see what it will look like when we next visit. The standard of cleaning was very high and all the right necessities. Thank you Elias

Clean as a whistle.

The space is about a 10 min walk from the nearest tram/bus station and after that it's only a ten min distance to the center. It's also in walking distance of Backaplans shopping center where there is a big grocery store and a lot of food places. The space was well equipped, just as described. If your party is placed on the 4th floor the view is very nice. There is only one key available per party.

Unsere Bewertung liegt bei 4 von 5 Sternen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Anbindung an die Stadt ist wirklich sehr gut, da man innerhalb von 30 Minuten und einmal umsteigen das Stadtzentrum erreicht. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in 10-15 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Für die Lage an der Straße sind die Fenster super isoliert und es ist ruhig.Einziger Abzug durch leider laute Nachbarn, auch nach 22 Uhr und einen defekten Wäscheständer, den wir notdürftig mit einem Band reparieren mussten. Und es gab leider keinen Wasserkocher, aber dafür eine French Press.
