Nice small apartment in quite area. Was perfect for our four day stay. Located in a more quite area, with an amazing cafe in Tessinparken nearby. Fredrik is a great host, easy self check-in, very responsive.

Fantastic location right in old town area. Best part about the apartment! Apartment was very cozy and super clean, well equipped. We were there in early June but it felt very cold in the basement / cellar type apartment at night.Heating could not be adjusted though we asked for help on this. Spent a week there so it was quite uncomfortable for us.Also It would be helpful to have written guide/ instructions on how to use the smart/ Apple TV and device. Overall a great stay and I recommend this apartment.

The studio was great and in a very walkable location. It’s small but perfect for relaxing after spending a day out around town. I’d look to stay here again if I were visiting Stockholm.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, kein Schnickschnack.Umwerfende Aussicht.Ruhige Gegend.Ich würde die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Stockholm. Also the metro and the bus stations are very near so it’s not that hard to get to the city center even with bus or metro.

Plus:- Prachtige locatie, geweldig uitzicht- Fijne ruimte en comfortabel ingericht- Van alle gemakken voorzien, keuken ook heel compleet ingericht- Voldoende bergruimte in de slaapkamers- Wasmachine en droger- De serre bij minder warme dagen, toch lekker in de zon kunnen zittenMin:- Geen waterkoker in de verder heel complete keuken- Serre kan niet open, bij warmere dagen is het daar echt een sauna. Ramen in de woonkamer kunnen ook niet open.- Geen muggen horren in de slaapkamers, wat het het niet aantrekkelijk maakt om het huis te luchten- Navigatiesysteem kiest de verkeerde ingang van het terrein: via de E14. Daar is een slagboom die op slot is. De echte ingang is via de weg onderaan de heuvel, dat is wat lastiger te vinden. Instructie was prettig geweest.- Sleutelkastje hangt in een andere kast. Zo stond het niet op de foto die als uitleg was toegestuurd. Even zoeken, maar op zich snel opgelost. Het maakt de aankomst, na een lange vliegreis, alleen net wat minder relaxed

We had such a lovely time at this apartment. Clean and well presented.So nice sitting out in the balcony. Easy to get to from train, with supermarket nearby.The instructions for directions and checking in/out were exceptionally clear and helpful. Host responded quickly to messages.Would be delighted to stay there again.

Andreas’s place was exactly as advertised. Clean and beautiful, and in a perfect location. Andreas communicated well and was an excellent host. Would definitely stay again!

Elias was very responsive and the apartment was in an awesome location. Bathroom and kitchen were tinier than expected, so be prepared to be in tight corridors. Other than that, it was a good situation for two people over two nights.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super (mitten auf Södermalm) und auch sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung Richtung Innenhof zeigt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und das Bett gemütlich, ordentlich eingerichtet ist es auch. Was leider wirklich garnicht geht, ist das Bad, bei dem die Dusche direkt über der Toilettenschüssel ist und gleichzeitig über dem Waschbecken. Das hat leider einen Dämpfer gegeben. Die Kommunikation war spitze und wir haben die Wohnung easy gefunden und selbstständig einchecken können. Deshalb im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Bude und reicht für ein Paar ein Wochenende von der Größe auch aus. Länger würde Ichs nicht machen, wegen dem Bad.
