Amazing stay in a fantastisk apartment. Everything that could go wrong went wrong during our stay (delayed flight, lost baggage that has still not been found). But the apartment was spectacular! As i did not have any clothes we stayed in the evening and ejoyed the apartment as much as possible! the location is perfect! close to everything!! the apartment is clean and so cozy. Olof is an incredible host!

lovely place great for 2-4 people. The appartment had all necessary utensils you would need for a 4 day stay and was lovely furnutured. A very peacful and beautiful region to live and nice atmosphere. subway and bus station all in close walkable distances and also short drive. Andreas was very kind and responsive giving good instructions. Overall we had a great stay.

Very nice and CLEAN flat. Best is its location, close to metro, ferries and buses. Restaurants and coffee places around the corner. Place is hotel room regular size, tiny but sufficient kitchen and very small bathroom/toilet. Its almost funny how tiny it is, but for couple days it really doesn't matter. I visited with my toddler and didnt have to be worry, that he will injure himself in the flat, so that was plus. I have huge stroller, so on first glance the stairs in the hallway seemed impossible, but at the end it was also ok and doable. If i would come back to Stockholm, i would not hesitate to book it again. Balace between price and quality was perfect.

Wonderful location and a great apartment! Very easy to get to Old Town and all the sights, but in a quiet, peaceful location that feels really safe (even at night). The apartment looks just like the photos and is beautiful.

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel, proche des transports (métro Kristineberg) et bus pour aller en centre ville très rapidement. Durant notre séjour, nous avons eu des avions qui ont survolé la zone.Pour les voyageurs je conseille fortement d’acheter dans les stations de métro (T) les forfaits de transport proposés par la compagnie SL (il faut acheter la carte magnétique). Il y a des forfaits à la journée, 72h et 7 jours illimités (etc…) c’est très interessant quand on visite. Les instructions sont claires pour l’arrivée et l’hôte est réactif par messagerie.Mais l’appartement est vétuste, et a besoin sérieusement d’une rénovation complète. Les équipements de cuisines sont « cheap » voir insuffisants. La grande chambre n’a pas de rangement. La literie est confortable et propre.C’est dommage car l’appartement a beaucoup de potentiel, il est grand et possède une vue absolument magique sur l’eau ! Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas … le prix proposé est trop cher ….

Great place, great area and great people! Fredrik’s apartment was amazing. It had minimalistic design and all of the appliances you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The area is very calm and peaceful. Fredrik is a good host, he gave clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. I had some trouble with getting in through the front door, but his friendly neighbors helped me. So if you have such trouble - there is another entrance from the backyard. I will definitely stay again at this place.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön insbesondere ist die Lage fantastisch. Super Blick auf Göteborg. Alles ganz neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten und äusserst hell. Hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Sehr empfehlenswert. Danke vielmals

Great stay, clean place, close to the city, highly recommend

Das Apartment von Elias ist clever eingerichtet und befindet sich im spannenden neu-entstehenden Hafengebiet. Es ist von der Innenstadt sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen.Dadurch, dass das Viertel erst im Entstehen ist und man quasi mitten in einer großen Baustelle wohnt, ist es unter der Woche ab 7 Uhr und Samstags ab 8 Uhr sehr laut (daurauf hat Elias aber vorab fairerweise aufmerksam gemacht).Wir waren offensichtlich eine der ersten Mieter. Auf einigem Geschirr waren noch Preischilder bzw. es war verpackt. Daher mussten wir es erst spülen, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Auf den Möbeln war teilweise feiner Holzstaub vom Aufbau. Der Fernseher war noch nicht fertig eingerichtet (noch nicht mit dem Netzwerk verbunden, noch keine Sender eingestellt usw.). Ich erwarte, dass solche Dinge der Vermieter fertig stellt und nicht den Gästen überlässt. Es wirkte auf uns so, als wären die Appartements sehr schnell eingerichtet worden, um gleich Geld zu verdienen.

Hey, I Elias’ place was a good choice for a solo traveler! The Wi-Fi was fast, the apartment has a washer and a dryer on-suite. The location isn’t perfect but it’s definitely up and coming and getting better with every day. Reaching central Gothenburg will take you 20 minutes. There’s a nice park with a public swimming pool close to the place!

Really great apartment, while a little bit of a hike to the city, it makesup for it by general privacy and comfort. The apartment is very small, but that's okay. it has plenty amenities and the AC is an absolute godsend. Great wifi connection too. everything in the apartment felt new and clean. The low ceiling in the loft is a little frustrating for taller people like myself, but it more than manageable. 10/10 would recommend or stay again!

Lite kommunikations problem skedde början av resan men Elias löste allt väldigt bra. Stället va väldigt bra placerat och fint.

Elias was a very pleasant host and very responsive. One of the bedroom blackout curtains fell and he had maintenance there and the curtain was replaced within the hour. If you are going to Stockholm, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!
