Firstly to begin olof was very responsive and prompt , location was ideal easy to use taxis around. My only reservation is that we weren’t aware the bed was a pull down one which as a result would limit the space available. In addition if there was air con available that would have been better. There’s a washing machine in the shower which we didn’t expect. Overall for the price it was reasonable. I think what makes the experience better is Olof himself very organised and efficient responds promptly easy to check in also. If your looking for a small convenient apartment and a great host this is the one I would go for.

Supergemütliche Wohnung, wir waren zu sechst und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Biobäcker sehr nah, mitten in der Altstadt, Schloss gleich um die Ecke.

Blitzsaubere Wohnung, ideale Lage, gute Kommunikation mit Elias.Nur das Schlafsofa war ziemlich unbequem.

Our stay at Elias' place was very satisfying. His instructions were clear and the apartment met our expectations, and the spaces were very clean (only small issue... the loft dedicated to the sleeping area had a very low ceiling, so it was impossible to walk around standing up without having to bend your head, a pity). The apartment is newly built so everything was very clean and well-kept, we found everything that one might expect to find.

We had mixed reviews about this listing. We stayed 6 days and really liked the location, it is easy to reach public transportation and the neighborhood had great restaurants and shopping. We agree with other reviews that the interior doesn’t match up to the description. It show a bit of wear and the walls need painting. The beds are awkward to get into and the bedding is low quality. The kitchen lacked coffee filters and towels and the window shades were missing in one room and shabby in others. It is definitely roomy and was clean. The instruction to get in was good. It worked better than a hotel would have.

Elias é stato molto chiaro e preciso nelle informazioni, l’appartamento pulito e in posizione relativamente comoda, 7 minuti a piedi alla fermata dell’autobus ed altri 6/7 minuti per la stazione centrale di Göteborg.

Tidy and sleek loft, the definition of squeaky clean. Getting to Stockholm is easy, 20-25 mins with a bus and then metro. It has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The walls upstairs are a bit thin though and you hear conversations next door, but nothing loud. I can only recommend it!

Nice central location. Apartment smelled strange and did not have basic things such as a coffee press. The door was not marked and instructions were confusing.Nice to stay in the old city in such an apartment

Couple small things: there was no washing sponge, salt and sugar, and we were missing one cover for blanket otherwise it was great

Lovely place to stay, the place was clean and nice. The host is friendly and provided clear instructions. The curtains dim well even in bright daylight.I totally recommend this!

Excellent stay! I would recommend this as a perfect place for one person to stay. It was comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was able to sit in the apartment and get some work done on my laptop, then go out and explore the city for the rest of my time there. Far away enough from the main city centre that it's quiet and peaceful at night. Yet close enough to public transit that I could be right in the middle of the action in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, on a lovely walkable area of Stockholm, with tons of cafes bars and restaurants around. Apartment is spacious and was perfectly clean. Will come back

Stockholm ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Tolle Stadt, tolle Leute! Dass man von Kungsholmen kurz mit demÖPNV fahren muss, um in die anderen Stadtteile zu gelangen, ist von Kristineberg aus überhaupt kein Problem. Alle 2 Minuten kommt hier eine Bahn. Der kleine Kiosk gleich ums Eck bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf.Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum! Wohnung süß mit Ikea Möbeln eingerichtet. Schöner Altbau. Super cooler Aufzug. Vermutlich noch aus den 60ern.
