Very nice and quite place to stay. The apartment had everything you need, and Ski in-ski out on the 4th floor made our days much easier 🙂 It’s good to know that it could be a bit challenging to go uphill to reach the place, but there’s a lift that goes up and down every 20 minutes, so it’s also not a problem. Looking forward to come again.

Trodde inte att denna lägenhet kunde bli bättre en den från förra året, men det blev den! Hörnrum på 3dje våningen, fantastiskt utsikt ner till byn, sjön, samt upp till fjället! Helt underbart att återvända till efter en dags skidåkning, när eftermiddags - och kvällssolen lyste upp den. Inredningen var jätteskönt och i övrigt fanns allt vad man behöver i kök och badrum. Servicen var toppen, när det blev lite för kallt om kvällarna, så fick jag genast ett litet värme element som jag kunde sätta på vid behov. Är supernöjd och se framemot en ny vistelse nästa vår. Small and cosy apartment very close to the ski lifts.

Mycket fint och trevligt boende, mycket nära till allt i byn samt till skidbacken. Kimmo var väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig under hela vistelsen. Kan rekommenderas!

Все было отлично! Очень чисто и приятно. Были некоторые вопросы к кухне (плита немного слабовата, медленно разогревается, и маловато качественной посуды), но в остальном - все отлично! Очень понравился лифт. Всегда при использовании лифта не покидало приятное ощущение. Напротив квартиры есть терраса с приятным видом. Мы все время шутили что мы гостим дома у Карлсона) Рекомендую.

Really lovely apartment in the best location. No elevator, should be noted for people that have issues with that, but so worth it. Good with some extra exercise:) Super clean and lots of empty clean closets and kitchen cabinets. Top of the top!

Bra boende med enligt mig bästa läget. Ski in out och gångavstånd till Åre torg. De få gångerna jag kontaktat Pontus har han svarat super snabbt! Allt perfekt!

The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and felt like home! The location could not have been better for exploring old town.

Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et à la description et bien placé pour ce que nous souhaitions faire à Stockholm. Bémol sur la salle de bains qui est vétuste, il manque une vitre de douche, le sol est donc très vite mouillé. À noter que l'accès à l'appartement se fait par escaliers, l'ascenseur est très petit, je ne le conseille donc pas aux familles avec enfants en bas âges. Andreas est très réactif et toutes les indications données sont très claires.

The place is easy to find and liked the self check-in and check out process. The street is quiet and you can find everything needed in walking distance.One thing to note for all the people who like coffee that there is no coffee maker in the apartment. The shower is as described by others on top of the toilet - common in Stockholm but haven't seen this anywhere else.

Beautiful attic-style, top-floor apartment in a central (close to metro station), quiet, and fun neighborhood (nice bakeries and restaurants). The apartment has a nice view of the sky and the local skyline through windows and skylights. We stayed for a whole week and really enjoyed the apartment and that part of Stockholm. We would stay here again!A few minor issues/suggestions for improvement. When we arrived, we told the host that there was no toilet paper in the apartment and he said that he would ask the cleaner to bring, but this never happened and he never checked again on that. It would have also been great to have some additional towels considering that we stayed a whole week (there was only one per person). The internet was experiencing intermittent outages; we did not need to be connected as much but this could be an issue for someone that has to work. Another thing to know is that the mechanical sounds of the building's elevator can be heard in the apartment.

Pontus was very available and reactive, the studio clean and easy to find. All went perfectly well during our stay.

Boendet passade oss perfekt och mötte våra förväntningar väl! Bra läge, bra värd och allt fungerade smidigt.

The apartment was so clean and cozy. The owner kindly accepted our early check in at 11am for no extra charges. There is a superb Japanese restaurant in walking distance too.

We had a good stay and a nice time on the ski slopes. Perfect recommendation for a ski-holiday.
