It was a great experience. The place was super clean and everything was brand new. Check in and check out instructions were clear, had no issues with anything. Definetely recommended.

Elia's provided detailed instructions on how to access the apartment. You cannot find the apartment without looking at the photos that are provided with the check in details. The unit was very clean but could be elevated with providing oil, salt and pepper for cooking a basic meal. The area around the unit is under development at the moment so there is lots of construction and no numbers on the units (again you really need to find it using the photos). It was very clean and once you find the unit and settle in it is comfortable, clean, bright, and modern with a lovely view of the water. We would stay here again, it was a fantastic location particularly if you are cycling, it's also close to public transport. We would stay here again, hopefully we will be back when the sauna and swimming area nearby opens again.

I travel to Stockholm on a regular basis for work, and can highly recommend this clean, functional, and well-located accommodation. Check-in was smooth, the apartment was tidy and modern, and I was quite comfortable both working from the space and relaxing at the end of an office day. Groceries, shops, restaurants and other needs are just a few steps away, or one can explore Södermalm or greater Stockholm quite easily. 10/10.

The property is pristine, modern and in a great location, very close to the metro lines.Fredrik was a great, friendly and very responsive host.

Pro:Cannot beat the location: in the old part of Stockholm, close to the water, able to walk everywhere, a great restaurant across the street. The apartment has all amenities you might need and feels like home, and if you have any questions, Elias answers them quickly and thoroughly. Con: the flat is on the third floor with no lift. So if you come for a few days with a backpack, there is no problem going up 2 flights of stairs. But with two 40 lb (18 kg) suitcases, it was quite a cardio 🤗

Elias space was super clean, and matched the description exactly. The bed was super comfy and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again !

Easy access and good service

All in all we had a great stay in Stockholm. Only the wooden rustic floorboards at the apartment were a bit dusty, due to the large cracks in between. If you aren't sensitive to any allergies, the apartment is great. The location and the view out of the window were amazing. You could easily walk to the most touristic attractions or use the relatively close public transportation. The shown nespresso machine is not in the apartment, instead there was a filter coffee machine. We would come back any time!!

Elias is great and he got back to us almost immediately every time we sent him a message! His place is cozy and clean and It’s about 18-20 mins walk to old town.However, there are some cons when it comes to this place:- it smells- the wifi is shared with the entire building and it’s very unreliable/ slow. I had to work 2 days in our stay and ended up using a lot of data that I had to pay for. There was a time difference and I wasn’t unfortunately able to use public cafes or other options.- it’s literally impossible to take a shower

Amazing location in a lovely part of the city. Very walkable to get where needed (especially to jump onto the ferry to other neighborhoods).

Jederzeit wieder, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Nebenan wurde ein weiteres Cabin House gebaut. Von den Baugeräuschen habe ich aber nichts mitbekommen. In 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad schnell im Centrum.
