Très bon séjour L’appartement est très bien placé avec beaucoup de transport en commun.Petit bémol à notre arrivée : la boîte à clé n’était pas fonctionnelle et nous avons dû passer 3 h dehors sous la pluie pour que quelqu’un finisse par venir la casser.Fedrik a été très réactif et l’a fait remplacer avant notre départ.Merci beaucoup à Tamar la femme de ménage et son mari qui nous ont tenu compagnie pendant ce temps pour essayer de régler le problème

Wonderful location and accurate listing. The apartment itself was small but neat, and had everything we needed for a few days’ stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless.

Easy to acces from Arlanda Airport, nice restaurants and cafes nearby, easy self check-in and fast communicating with Elias, very quiet building/neighbours and street, clean apartment.A good accommodation for two people and to stay over the weekend. Only one minus because pillows were too flat.

Great place roughly 6-7 minutes walking from both Slussen and Mariatorget subway stations. The apartment is very small but pretty functional. Very convenient fridge. I think there is also some space for a microwave. Also I didn't consider the table as a good working space but on the other hand it's good for such a small apartment.There is only one washing machine and one drier in the basement (for 15 apartments or something like that) but it seems almost nobody uses it because almost all the apartments are served as temporary accommodations (probably on Airbnb). So the whole building roughly works a hotel. But still it's pretty silent and cozy. Neighbours, who make the minority of residents also look pretty opened and friendly to the temporary visitors like us.I liked this stay.

The apartment is well located, close to metro and buses.It is smaller than it looks on pictures, the bathroom is tiny but everything is functional. The kitchen is well equipped.It is luminous. Be careful in summer, blinds are light so if you are sensitive to light, without eye mask or blinfold you’ll be waked at 4am.Otherwise the stay was good and we appreciated the apartment.Elias’ instructions were very clear and he was available to answer.

The location, cleanliness and brightness of the apartment was perfect for our visit to Stockholm. We would definitely seek out staying here again on a return trip!

Nice place in a pleasant area. It's beautifully decorated and very quiet. The main bed was very comfortable. The folding bed was a bit narrow for our tall teens, so one slept on the sofa which worked fine. Easy walking distance to the main attractions, and a fantastic breakfast Cafe just a block away. Definitely recommend for a quiet stay close to the main sights.

Nice brand new appartement with seaview nearby city. In the basement, it’s a lagre free parking for bicykles. Recomend parkering for cars in the streets nearby the appartement with the app flowbird. Cause it’s cheapets. Good communication with Olof.

Andreas is a super host and extremely professional. His place was incredible and our family thoroughly enjoyed visiting Sweden after 20 years. The entire place is super clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is so refreshing.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Bahnhof Baggeby ist in 7 Minuten gut zu erreichen und man ist in ca 30 Minuten im Zentrum.Kommen gerne wieder.

Olof's place was perfect for a visit to Stockholm. It is perfectly set up and close to everything you could need including public transportation providing access to the rest of the city. We definitely recommend!

Nice location, and very clean apartment

We really enjoyed staying in Fredrik’s place. The apartment is charming and the location is very central allowing you to walk to various attractions and there are ferries, and subway stations, very close by. The price is a little higher than other places we looked at, but it will feel worth it when you feel close to so much!

Great place for a couple (or small family) in Gamla Stan. The apartment is in the old town and is as central as it gets while still being tucked away enough so there is no noise. It is well equipped and it has everything that one would need for a comfortable stay while in Stockholm. Kitchen is very functional and there is a washing machine also. TV does not work, but we didn’t care about it. The only downside I have is the speed of the internet in the apartment which is pretty much unusable. I had multiple work zoom calls that I had to attend and had to tether through my phone as the WiFi could not handle video and files sharing so if you need fast, stable internet this might not be the best place.

A lovely little apartment in a great location.It's important to know that the apartment is small (especially the toilet). However, it's in a good area with things to see and do, as well as in easy walking distance of public transport and the city centre, is clean with good upkeep and has everything we could need for a week's stay. The host was helpfuland prompt at replying to messages.
