Everything is new and clean. Great location and good communication. There is a 1000 Euro fee if the fire alarm goes on. There is no TV service, but there is a tv with no sound. The whole building is just Airbnbs apartments. Overall 8/10 experience.

Charmig lägenhet mitt i smeten. Lämna bilen hemma. Långt till parkeringsplatser med humana priser. Ett minicoop utanför dörren vilket underlättar frukostinköp.

Nice flat, charming location very close to old town ! bathroom is quite small but Elias communicates very well and will make sure everything is alright.

Easy to check in, compact and cosy.

The flat was small but sufficient for the time we were there. We didn't meet Elias but he has been extremely responsive and helpful with a couple of issues we had! There is no kettle in the flat, but a coffee machine was there which can be used to boil water. Also, the blinds didn't keep out all the light which might be a problem in the summer months when the sun is up for long hours! Otherwise it was comfortable and clean, and in a decent location about 7 mins walk from the nearest metro station.

A very well located Air B & B.Close to shopping, restaurants, an amazing chocolate store and the hop on hop off bus stop plus city bus stop. I highly recommend this location. Very comfortable!!

The location is fantastic for exploring Gamla Stan and Stockholm more broadly. The coffee machine (with built-in bean grinder) was my wife’s favorite. Apartment is very comfortable for two - it can work for four with the Murphy bed, but tight. The two single beds in the bedroom (which can be pushed together) were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

This is a comfortable and functional flat with high ceilings in a old residential area. Not too far from bars, cafes and shops. A bus stop right outside and metro a little further. So quite easy to get out and about for sight seeing. The place was clean and spacious. We were 2 couples and found the size good for us. Elias was very efficient in communicating with us. Thank you.

Very well located and modern-looking flat. Close to all you might need and equipped with everthing to make your stay in Stockholm pleasant!

Die Unterkunft hatte eine tolle Lage direkt am Wald und den Wanderrouten. Bis zum Ortskern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten braucht man in etwa 10min. (Side note: Insgesamt sind Einkäufe in Åre sehr teuer, daher sollten Sie lieber ihren Einkauf vor dem Urlaub erledigen) Die Wohnung war gepflegt, jedoch war das Badezimmer und die Dusche eher mittelmäßig sauber. Einige Lampen in der Decke waren kaputt oder hingen leicht aus der Wand. Anders als in der Anzeige geschrieben, gab es leider keine Mikrowelle. Die Vorhänge im Wohn-/Schlafbereich lassen sich leider nicht vollkommen schließen. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte war ein Late-Check-Out nicht möglich, sodass wir die teuren Schließfächer am Bahnhof nutzen mussten. Die Kommunikation war okay, jedoch wurde auf individuelle Anfragen kaum persönlich eingegangen. Insgesamt würde ich das Airbnb nur bedingt empfehlen. Der verhältnismäßig gute Preis und die Lage gleichen die anderen Punkte aus.

Second time I’ve stayed here because the location is perfect for my work. Great size!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement d'Olof. Nous désirions un logement proche de la ville, mais pas en plein centre et c'est exactement ce que nous recherchions. Il y fait calme, très propre et nous avons tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L'arrivée est très facile et Olof est très réactif aux messages A recommander sans hésitation.

Appartement bien situé et suffisant pour un séjour. À 15 minutes du centre donc accessible facilement. Très confortable.L'immeuble ne semble être constitué que de logements loués sur AirBnB, aucun résident permanent (ou très peu) donc parfois un peu bruyant.

Die Wohnung von Elias können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist absolut top um von da die Stadt zu erkunden. Der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist ausgezeichnet in Stockholm und man kommt überall schnell hin. Södermalm ist ein sehr lebendiges Viertel mit vielen außergewöhnlich und hippen Läden. Die Kommunikation hat jederzeit gut funktioniert und wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Beautiful, well appointed apartment in fantastic area. Great size and everything you need. The only minor negative is the parakey would sometimes log itself out, and needs internet to log back in. so ensure if you are an overseas traveller that you have data for overseas.
