If you rent the place you will not be disappointed. This is truly a great place. Super location (right in the middle of the old town) & view from the window, the apartment is nicely done, the communication with owner is prompt and excellent. We had a great stay and would certainly return.

Really nice apartment in a house that felt like a hotel without a lobby. 30 minutes from the central station and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of small family houses. Had to provide links to my Facebook or LinkedIn because of the landlord as well as get veryfied by Airbnb. Also had to clean out dishes, throw away the garbage and undo our beds at the end. Overall a really nice place with a balkony/little terrase that is only a little bit seperated from the other appartments.

The location is not far away from old town. Because the inconvenience of parking in old town, so we chose public transport. It only takes half an hour to the centre of the city. The service is good and the apartment is well equipped as the profile. I recommend you to stay here.

Elias was a great host and everything was super easy. The location is well suited for exploring most of the city and allows exploring Södermalm on foot.

L'appartement est très agréable et très bien situé. Tout était très propre.Les explications pour arriver et tout savoir sur l'appartement était très claires.Seul petit inconvénient, il fait très chaud dans l'appartement même si il ne fait pas très chaud dehors. Lorsque l'on ouvre les fenêtres, le bruit de la route jour et nuit est présent.

Elias’ apartment is clean and stylish. There is a lot of light and it is very close to the metro. Check in was easy and he offered a lot of direction as to how to find the apartment and even shared a document with things to do in the neighborhood. It’s a great location, walkable to many things; quiet and beautiful. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. When I find myself in Stockholm again I hope to stay here!Only note: the shower is not like one I’ve used before. You have to swivel the knob. Thanks Elias!
