The apartement was very cozy and functional the same time. Accessibility by public transport is very good. Olof was always available and communication was very friendly.We absolutly recommend it.

It had all the amenities one could need, and everything was clearly labeled and organized. The location was out of this world in the middle of Gamla Stan and walking distance to so many great attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Stockholm!

This apartment is great. My stay was completely effortless - from the initial communication with the host right through to the check out procedure - everything was completely seamless. The apartment was absolutely spotless and adequately equipped for a few nights stay. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from the nearest metro station in one of the best neighbourhoods in Stockholm - Södermalm! I thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and would stay here again when visiting Stockholm. Very good value for money.

Really good value for money - easily accessible apartment not far from Stockholm central, clean and open with all possibly desirable amenities. We were really satisfied and would return. Olof was very fast and helpful with his kind replies, and the house rules were well explained so that we had no problems at all during our stay. Thanks a lot!

I enjoyed my stay at Fredrik’s place. Perfect apartment in a quiet area but within walking distance to all the attractions. A perfect place for one person. Comfortable n cozy. I would certainly recommend it and would love to stay there again

We stayed at the apartment for 5 days and it really had everything you might need even for a longer stay. The apartment was also clean and cosy and well-located.

Appartement très atypique, et super bien placé.Il y a tout : serviettes de toilettes, sèche cheveux, lisseur, gel douche, shampoing, wifi, de nombreuses plateformes TV, ordinateur, imprimante, cuisine tout équipée, ce qui permet de voyager bien plus léger et de se sentir comme à la maison !Son emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité et surtout sur la plus belle île de Stockholm. Le réseau de transports très développé et près de l’appartement (bus, métro, bateau) vous permettra de visiter tous les recoins de la ville. Enfin l’appartement est très sécurisé avec des portes digicodes dans un quartier très tranquille.Merci Elias !

Cosy and spacious apartment in a quite neighbourhood in the outskirts of central Stockholm. Easy check in and very good instructions. We only stayed for a long weekend but it’s the perfect apartment for longer stays. Would recommend!

Nice place in a great neighborhood. Quiet but close to everything.Tiny kitchen and bathroom, no problem for me, but nice to know.

Elias's apartment was a perfect base for three days to visit the city. We always walked towards the center. We have found everything you need to cook, so you can save some money on food. The spaces are small but sufficient for two people. Elias is very kind and precise in useful information. Absolutely recommended!

The place was decorated with brand new furniture, a kitchen area with all necessary equipment and some other amenities. The room was very clean. The place is in a residence building with some other flats. The place is not located in a central area as indicated in the description. You reach to the central areas in about 30-35 min with two changes and a five min walk. Olof provides a detailed set of instructions and was responsive during my stay.
