Lägenheten ligger bra till med närhet till innerstan . Sängarna var mycket sköna . Soffan däremot var alldeles för stor för rummet och obekväm att sitta i. Lägenheten är säkert bra som alternativ om man bor en långweekend för att upptäcka Stockholm . Den känns dock inte som ett hem utan mer som ett hotell med kök . Vi stannade 11 nätter under renovering av vårt hus . Vi hade velat ha en mer hemtrevlig lägenhet med fungerande tv .Ägaren skickade en person som skulle hjälpa oss att få igång tvn men det fungerande ändå inte

A really nice and old-fashioned apartment with everything you need for a short-term stay. Fredrik provided us with all necessary amenities, including fresh bed linens, towels and items for cooking.The property is located in the heart of Stockholm. All major attractions are a short boat/metro ride away. There's a small supermarket right in front of the building.Ideally, the flat is recommended for 2 people, as the third guest would get an additional bed in the same room. My friends and I would definitely come back to Fredrik's flat shall we come back to Sweden.

Elias is a great and serious host and I would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for a place to stay in Stockholm. The location was perfect with many bars, cafés and resturants as well as shopping streets nearby. Check in and out was very smooth thanks to Elias clear instructions.

Very well located and super communcation

we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful apartment of Fredrik. It is as described, just seems slightly smaller than the photos, especially when using the couch as bed. The equipment is very comfortable, very clean, practical and cosy. We stayed 4 days with our son of 17 and enjoyed the place, which is well located in a nice neighborhood near the center to visit Stockholm. Thanks Fredrik for your clear instructions and helpful messages. we recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !! L’appartement était idéalement situé, à quelques stations de métro du centre ville et entouré de verdure. L’appartement d’Elias est magnifique, très bien agencé et décoré, et d’une propreté impeccable, nous avions toutes les ressources nécessaires.Bémol néanmoins : l’appartement est davantage destiné à 2 personnes qu’à 4, nous étions 4 et il manquait par exemple plusieurs chaises pour s’asseoir, les draps n’étaient faits que pour des lits individuels ! Idéal donc pour 2 personnes, peut être un peu petit pour 4 personnes.Néanmoins, Elias a su se montrer disponible, il a été d’une grande gentillesse et nous avons reçu en amont de notre voyage toutes les informations nécessaires à notre arrivée !Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour

Very nice and clean. Beds were good. Easy to travel to the city center with the bus and subway.

Nice flat. Very close (1 min) to the bus station (Nr.54) but you have to look into the timetable of the bus better in advance. Bus goes only twice an hour in the evening. Enough place for family with 3 teenager kids. Bathroom small but ok for family members.

The close quarters of the bathroom aside, this is a lovely flat for one to two people. The location could not be greater!

We had a great stay at Elias’ place. The location couldn’t be better, check in and out was easy, and it was just as pictured/described.

Top location and remarkable flat. A bit of a shame that it is in a somewhat loveless condition with regard to some details: water kettle defective, at least 1 pot not usable because not suitable for induction, both wall wardrobes useless because completely loose, several lamps missing or defective.

The place of the accommodation in Gamla Stan is very good, there are cafe and other shops within minutes. The photos are correct about the rooms and the price is good in a Gamla Stan accommodation. We found everything what Fredrik and the web wrote.Thanks Fredrik!

Very lovely decorated and super clean apartment! It's also centrally located and a perfect starting point for exploring the Sofo and Gamla Stan. Metro stations are very close by (approx. 5 minute walk) and supermarkets/alcohol shops are even closer. Check in and out was a breeze as Elias provided very good instructions. The bed is a bit softer than one might like but we quickly got used to it. We can recommend Elias and his apartment to anyone who's looking to get to know Stockholm and the surrounding areas.

This place is really nice and perfectly located with the subway station and restaurants and cafés close. It was easy to check in and was really clean! Thanks, would really recommend it!!
