This is a great place to stay in Stockholm! Central location that makes it easy to walk, bike, bus, train or ferry throughout Stockholm. It has everything you need for your stay including very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. Elias’ communication is excellent and quick and it’s a really smooth check in process. Highly recommend!

Great location proximate to stores and restaurants and quite a clean place. Prime Södermalm on the main island. I didn’t realize it was so small though — that wasn’t fully clear to me, especially the micro-shower situation (have never seen that before) and bathroom (very cramped), so that wasn’t perfect, but aside from that it was good.

The location is absolutely fantastic. You are smack center of Gamla Stan. You can walk out every evening on the cobble lined streets. There is a grocery store 2 min walk down the road and all the restaurants you can want at your footsteps. The apartment is large and on 2 levels. It is a 3 flight walk up so large suitcases was a bit tough on winding stairs. The kitchen has everything including a microwave and full size fridge. There are 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer. Good for a family. We had some minor issues bc of the heat (was pretty warm when we traveled) but Elias was good to respond to most issues that he could help us with. Just know that this is not a rental only and that someone lives there so if you have young kids there is a lot of things you have to keep them out of! Overall great, spacious stay.

We Stayed here a few days and it’s very recommended if you want to enjoy Stockholm in summertime. Close to the metro station and bus stops allowing you te reach the city Center quickly and right on top of the rocks where everyone jumps in the water and takes the sun

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und mit ca. 3 km Entfernung nach Gamla Stan ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Stockholm. Elias ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der jederzeit sehr schnell auf alle unsere Anfragen reagiert hat. Wir waren mit seiner Betreuung sehr zufrieden. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

If you are a first time ( Or fifth time) Stockholm visitor, you should absolutely stay at this location. You are minutes from an amazing shopping area with tons of restaurants, clothing stores and public transportation. It is centrally located and makes all the difference! The apartment is impeccably clean and the host is always a message away. There is a ton of storage for your clothes and belongings, a fridge and freezer, and wifi. For this price, you can’t beat it. I would 100% stay at this place again. It made our trip to Stockholm unforgettable.

Elias is a wonderful host! My family of five couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Elias was very easy to communicate with and made sure that we had all information ahead of our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and the bedding was super comfy! The location is superb, close to subway and lots of fun things within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked great and we were so comfortable! Thank you Elias, we’ll be back for another stay!

Communication with host, Elias, was outstanding. He was quick to respond and accommodate our needs. Very clean, practical apartment in the heart of Södermalm. Easy access to pubs, coffee shops, gamla stan , public transport and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again :-)
