Snabb och smidig kontakt med värden. Perfekt läge för skidåkning och samtidigt nära byn.Blev lite störd av andra gäster som kom sent på natten eller gick ut tidigt på morgonen, men så är det väl på lägenhetshotell.Lägenheten var välstädad men omoderna möbler och väldigt kal och avskalas. Ingen mysfaktor.

Elias's place is a 5-star! He is always helpful and always responds to our messages quickly. Thank you again Elias for helping us deal with the keys emergency! We felt really warm for your kindness and being helpful all the time.The place is clean and chic, definitely a cool and traditional old Swedish-style room. It's cosy and clean, all of us spent a good time here. Perfect for a trip of 3 people. The location of place is in the very centre of Stockholm, the subway and bus stops are walkable and near the central station as well. Galmla Stan is surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops, a place with a solid history and a snug neighbourhood. The only considerable thing for a long stay is if you have lots of large suitcases, be aware of the rock slope for a minute's walk and there is no lift for the old flat. The keys are a bit difficult to open the old lock, so you need to push the door while you unlock it.Overall is a 120 out of 100! A real surprise and a homey place to stay!

Fantastic view of Åre, the skiing slopes and the lake. Apartment is modern, has everything you need and a nice bathroom. You might hear some young people and music, but it's silent after 22:00 every night, also on weekends. You can skii right into the apartment building from the ski lift Å35.

This is a comfortable appartement at a very good location in Stockholm. Close by , at walking distance you find a cosy and good coffee place. the coop supermarket for all your groceries and the entrance of the metro system is also nearby. The metro takes you into Stockholm city very easy. Buy a travel card for several days and start exploring this great city.The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen could be better equipped with some basic essentials like; sugar, salt en some basic herbs. If you stay for longer period , you need to buy all these cooking essentials.There was a TV but no power plug or antenna connection. So, it was not usable.The balcony was not very clean( empty cans of a previous visitor) but it has a fantastic view to the water. In summertime the balcony is a great asset I can imagine.I stayed in this appartement during winter time. Please, be aware that the streets can be extremely slippery after the snow and ice, use shoes with much profile.

Wonderful location. The place was a lot smaller than expected, and the bathroom and kitchen were tiny. The door to the bathroom was broken, so you couldn't properly close it. But the flat had everything you needed, and the area is great.

Enkelt och bra boende men ski in ski out

Boendet är superfint och det ligger fantastiskt till. Det går inte att klaga på boendet som hade allt man kan tänkas behöva. Att glömma nyckelkortet inne på rummet på kvällen är dock inte att rekommendera då det blir dyrt att få en vakt att öppna.

Elias place was clean, located in a great spot with many restaurant options!! It was an overall good stay. We booked for 3 nights, we just needed a place to sleep so it was perfect for us. The pictures on the listing were taken from great angles which makes it look a bit bigger then what it actually is!!! The bathroom is as described, since it was only for 3 nights it was not a big deal. Great place for a quick stay!!

Location was fantastic, very close to the metro and buses making it easy to explore Sweden. Great value as well! The bathroom was very small, but we got used to it quickly. The only thing is that the wifi cuts in and out, so we ended up using our data. Overall, Elias’ place was comfortable and cozy.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, with a really nice view of Are skiing slopes. It is very well equipped, we had everything we needed . The house about 12 mins walk from town center up a very steep hill. There is always an option to take the “Bergbana”, which stops very conveniently almost at the level of the house. We stayed there as a couple. I believe a family with 2 kids would also nicely fit in for a short stay. Though can’t imagine staying there with 6 people.The only thing we did not like was smell from the pipes in the bathroom. Pontus kindly sent the janitor to have a look at it, after the cleaning the smell went away for a day but was back in the evening and always got worse when people from other apartments came back from the slopes and took shower. At times the smell was really unbearable, it seems to be the issue of the house sewage system.

Hotel feeling

Bra värd, enkelt och funktionellt boende. Fantastisk utsikt. Lite för lite bestick och porslin men jag reste ensam så det gjorde inte så mycket för min del.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, fin leilighet med alt man trenger.

Great apartment with a view up the mountain and over Åre. Direct access to the slopes via a bridge from the apartment block. The kitchen perfectly functional but minimal.

Det vore bra om det fanns utcheckningstid som inte var samma för många samtidigt. Huset har bara två hissar så vi fick vänta väldigt länge för att kunna ta vårt baggage ner (ca 30 min). Förutom det är vi nöjda med boendet och med Pontus som värd.

Easy commute to city centre, very affordable, clean and a beautiful space. Olof was super responsive when we had a query and the description was accurate in terms of amenities. Pillows were potentially an issue for my boyfriend, but other than that we loved this place :)

Superfin lägenhet som låg nära skidbacken. Rent och fräscht.

Väldigt bra boende! Hade allt vi behövde. Nära det mesta, rent och snyggt, all utrustning och bekvämligheter. Bastu var kanon med. 👍 vi är supernöjda.
