The apartment is indeed in a very central and vibrant area of the city, close to St. eriksplan. Unfortunately the apartment offers only the absolutely basic you could ask for so walking inside for the first time gave a “cold” feeling. It is indeed a tight space and the bedroom is minimal. Otherwise everything was clean and fresh. The feeling we got was that we speak with a company who manages the property which both gives you a feeling of safety but also a cold feeling as well.

Modernes Apartment oberhalb von Åre mit direktem Zugang zum Skilift. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ort ist einige Geh-Minuten entfernt, oder man nutzt die Bahn, die alle 20 Minuten fährt. Was etwas schade war: die Bilder stimmen nicht mit der aktuellen Einrichtung überein, was aber nicht negativ gemeint ist. Und bei der Ankunft, hatte sich unten in der Duschkabine leider etwas Schimmel gebildet (die Duschbrause tropft). Nach einer kurzen Nachricht, wurde das aber sofort behoben 👍🏻 Wichtig: Bettwäsche ist nur für die Decke vorhanden, nicht für das Kopfkissen. Generell sehr gute und sehr ausführliche Kommunikation und Infos.

Super séjour dans l'appartement d'Elias. Idéalement placé dans un quartier dynamique et à deux pas du métro. Les instructions étaient très claires pour que tout se déroule au mieux. Stockholm est une ville magnifique ! Merci

Hi, we had a great stay in Johannes appartment very clean and cosy with a small fridge an kitchenette. Very convenient with the ski in ski out possibility. I slept like a log in the very comfortable beds. I would recommend this accomodation!!//Thomas

L’appartement est très bien situé ! Il est propre, et bien pour 2. Seule la salle de bain/ douche est petite. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour !

Great location. Lots of stairs so difficult with luggage but Beautoful apartment. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue is only enough hot water for one person to shower which was an issue for a group of 3.

A beautiful apartment straight on the skiing slopes. I can recommend it to everyone. Not to far from the center.

Great service and great accommodations with super easy access to the slopes

All in all we were very pleased with our stay. The location was great! Truly ski-in/ski-out, with a small bridge on the same floor to the closest ski-lift. I've seen some complaints about the fact that the building is on top of a steep hill, but we were not bothered by that. The walk down to Åre Torg was exactly 9 minutes and on the way up you can take "Bergbanan" which runs every 20 minutes. Or just walk up the hill (15 min) and get a good workout. The flat was fresh and bright. I would however make a few small additions: -Add som furniture to the balcony (which had sun between 9 am-2 pm in March)-Get some kind of coffee maker-Get some new pillows for the beds, since they were quite lumpy-Maybe get a new sofa since it was quite uncomfortable I would say that this accommodation suits a couple or a small family that plans to eat out a lot. Do note that the extra bedroom does not have a door.

Fantastic! Definitely one of the best b&b. Apartment was spacious with full service kitchen and right in the heart of town. Highly recommend you to book this apartment, you won't regret it.

Hi thank you for hosting us. Btw there was a little leakage in the kitchen when you run the tap for a few minutes. Maybe you would like check that. PS. I am an Airbnb host myself and travel quite a bit. I would suggest that maybe you should tone down the instructions. They feel like very strict instructions, army style.
