The one and only place to stay in Åre!The building is literally connecting you to A35 lift, on the top, 4th floor, there’s a bridge taking you to the lift, which means the most you’ll carry your skis is maximum 10meters, it saves a great amount of time leaving or coming back from slopes. In addition to that, the host had been extremely helpful, I was having tons of questions before arrival and all of them were answered within few hours. The apartment was clean, warm and all the amenities that you’d need was taken care of. I’d advise one thing when coming first day/leaving last day to Tott, grab a local taxi, it should cost around 140SEK, as it is very steep and it would be a huge struggle to get to the place with all suitcases. Also can take Bergbanan - lift A33, which is free and runs every 20min, would need to jump off at the first stop, we been using it when doing daily shopping or going out for meals. This was honestly the best place I ever stayed in ski resorts, highly recommended

Lägenheten var trevlig i ett riktigt underbart och lugnt område. Utsikten var fantastisk också och Olof var alltid hjälpsam. Stockholm är en fantastisk stad med riktigt trevliga människor! Jag skulle rekommendera den till alla! Tack för allt!

Ett praktiskt, rent och trevligt boende som passar bra för kortare skidsemester. Kommunikationenfungerade bra vilket gjorde lätt med in- och utcheckning.Rekommenderas!

Super appartement dans un immeuble très calme. Non loin de la station de métro et des commerces.

Die Unterkunft war relativ klein, aber sehr ausreichend und groß genug für zwei Personen. Leider war kein Föhn vorhanden, ansonsten aber alles wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder!

We had an absolutely lovely ski stay at Kimmo's place. It felt as being at home. The apartment is newly built, spacious, with very nice interior and comfy beds. The apartment has everything in it - cutlery, tools to make You feel as in home. The location offers fantastic views with a sun throughout the day and is located just near the ski lift. You literally walk 50 meters to the lift, from where You can reach all of the three mountains - Duved, Åre and Björnen. Very, very nice stay. Would return next year :)

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, gross und auch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist super, man ist mit dem ÖV schnell überall in der Stadt und es hat tolle Restaurants direkt in der Umgebung der Wohnung.Die Kommunikation mit Elias war super, er hat schnell geantwortet und bei "Problemen" wurde direkt geholfen.Das winzige kleine Manko war die Hellhörigkeit, mit Ohropax wäre dies aber kein Problem.Im Gross und Ganzen wirklich super und empfehlenswert!

Nice apartment and fairly well equipped. Good do with a bit more for cooking and additional storage for clothing etc. But definitely good value for money. Long walk into town in the winter months but great if you have a car

L’appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné est un bel appartement qui rassemble le nécessaire pour passer des bonnes vacances ! La salle de bain est un peu exiguë mais ce n’est pas si grave. L’accès au logement est facile, le métro proche et le quartier est très calme.

Perfekte unterkunft für Skiferien. Direkter anschluss an der Piste, kurzer weg ins Dorf so wie in den Apré Ski. Abschliess bahrer Skiraum ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und super eingerichtet. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
