Loved this apartment, even though it's size we had everything we needed! great location!

Jättefint boende, rent och fräscht, välutrustat kök. Tott ligger fint, men denna lägenhet har utsikt mot bergssida.

Have had a great stay. Value you get for money is in a good relation. Heart nothing of the construction in the building. Best was view with long sunshine on balcony.

A fine place to stay, the bathroom is quite small but manageable for a short stay. The internet worked for us too which was an added bonus.

That stay was really a pleasure! Apartments are really clean and comfortable, we enjoyed it. Contactless check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. As for communications, Andreas was always there to help us with our questions, so that is also a great thing to mention. The only thing that bothered us is the fire alarm sensitivity, that is located in the apartments. It was a little stressful to cook something even in the microwave and be scared of triggering it. But it seems like if you follow the given instructions it should be fine 😄All in all, kudos to Andreas and his work. Totally recommend staying here.

Nice accommodation with all you need.Not that far from the center with the bus + metro.

We had a pleasant stay at Lidingo Residence (Olof’s place) which has been clearly designed for Airbnb. The loft was clean and access was very easy with door codes. Parking was plentiful and free, and there were lots of shops and cafes (at Lidingo Centrum) within walking distance. We were very comfortable in the apartment as was our young son who was with us. The loft had a good bathroom with an excellent shower and washer/dryer - a plus when travelling with children! The kitchen was basic and lacked basic amenities. No kettle (even though I requested one for our sons milk) and no toaster. There was a microwave, but it didn’t work (it was clearly not connected to the mains and there was no way of connecting it), which was annoying as made making food for our son difficult. We were also unable to sterilise his milk bottles, which needs to be done in a microwave. We were afraid to cook as there was a big warning sign in the kitchen saying that if the fire alarm goes off (from too much smoke or steam) we would be charged 1000 Euros as the fire department would need to come out to the property! Surprising that the charge for that is 1000 euros when public services are free in Sweden so not sure what the money would be used for… The apartment was a bit hot, but that’s to be expected during a European summer! The balcony was lovely and had a big door to allow cool air in. Olof responded to questions quickly, although we never met him in person. We did ask him for a kettle and extra towels, which weren’t provided. We got two towels which wasn’t enough with our son with us, so had to get our own from the shop. For those who require, there is indeed an elevator at the property, though we were told otherwise when we inquired prior to arriving. Overall and despite some set backs, we really enjoyed the stay and it was very comfortable for us. We have family in Lidingo and would definitely stay at this property again, given the general comfort we have had during our recent stay.

The location of the apartment is fantastic and only a short walk from the closest underground station. The apartment had everything that I needed and Elias provided useful information beforehand about checking in and the best ways of getting to the apartment. I would definitely stay again.
