This place is really nice and perfectly located with the subway station and restaurants and cafés close. It was easy to check in and was really clean! Thanks, would really recommend it!!

The apartment is well located in a nice area and has public transport nearby. There were 3 of us staying in the apartment and it was quite spacious. But if you visit in autumn and winter, you should dress warmly as it gets quite cold inside in the evenings and at night. Communication was easy, but we had no personal contact with the host. We received a few standard text messages, but we did not feel very welcome. Also, some things were missing like a kettle, a coffee machine, a hairdryer and a bin in the bathroom. And just to let you know: there are no doors to the kitchen, living room or bedroom.

Great location close to subway, quiet neighborhood as well as clear info about flat, logistics and house rules before visit.

Small but incredible room (perfect for one, still great for two), with amazing quality and an excellent bathroom. The host was very communicative and ready to answer when I had questions, and the whole process was seamless. The only downside was the location, given that the hotel is uphill, and it took a lot of energy to go up and down everyday. I guess the location becomes an advantage during the winter for those who want to ski. In general, it's an incredible value, definitely recommend it.

I stayed in Elias space for 10 nights. The flat is clean and well equipped with the basics you need for your stay. The best part of the flat is its central location. The subway stop is less than 5 minutes away. if you just want to stay localy in Söder you can get to most of the bars and restaurants on the island in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend for everyone to book this place.

The appartement is totally as in the pictures, big and confortable enough for 4 people. Kitchen super equipped which was lovely to cook during our stay. Instructions and communication very clear also. Perfect location. We enjoyed our stay there !

Α lovely, new, relatively large and very airy 2-level loft in a suburb of Stockholm. It is part of a rental complex ( the owner calls it "my house", but there are at least a dozen similar units in the complex), well furnished and functional. Fully equipped bathroom (with a shower, not a bathtub), a good kitchen (no oven but with induction plates and a micro-oven) and a comfy sleeping areal. Decent closet space. There is an adjacent parking lot and the area is connected to downtown Stockholm day and night by public transport; it is definitely out of the city proper, but transit times are reasonable (you can be in the center of Stockholm in half an hour during the daytime).Communication was quick and uneventful, although I didn't actually need to request anything particular and it consisted mainly of instructions for checking in and out. There is quite a number of rules that you are supposed to acknowledge and follow but the process was smooth for me.

This appartament is in a great location to explore Stockholm. There are a few very nice restaurants just a few blocks away. It is cozy, quiet and clean. I'd definitely stay there again.
