Had a great stay at Elias’ place. The apartment is on the top floor (with an elevator!) of a traditional building and looks onto a peaceful internal courtyard. Everything was clean and comfortable, and I had no issues with the wifi, even when streaming Netflix or doing video calls from my laptop. Room is perfectly sized for one person and the place is centrally located on a safe street in Södermalm. Close to lots of cafes, a supermarket and transport connections.My only suggestion would be having some kind of luggage storage, as all the lockers at T-Centralen were full on the day I checked in. But I just spent an hour or so in a cafe and it was fine.Overall, would recommend as an excellent base for Södermalm.

The location is the key. The metro is just around the corner, the mall with a grocery store and Systembolaget is within 5 minutes walk, and we were able to walk to all the interesting location in 15-20 minutes. The apartment was clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. Internet speed was good. The roof windows are a bit tricky, but we have figured it out. The weather was sometimes hot, sometimes rainy, but it was feeling ok in the apartment, no overheating and not too cold. Definitely worth the money. I can recommend.

Great view! New modern building. Peaceful area and great location for us. We felt warmly welcomed. Did I mention the outstandind view? Really enjoyed our stay!
