I loved my weeklong stay here! Everything seems brand new and very well thought out. The little kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast and any other meals that I decided to eat in. I stayed in one of the rooms with not so much of a view, but I loved being surrounded by the wall of the “ruin”. There are two bus routes close by – one right down the block and another just a few minutes away. The number 80 ferry is just down the hill, and one stop away on it is the Vasa ship museum, the Nordisk Museet, and many other things visitors will be interested in. Getting to the ferry does require going down several flights of outside stairs, so not good for arriving or departing if you have much luggage! I didn’t see a nearby grocery, but that didn’t matter, as at the end of my day I would get a few groceries in the city before heading back. There is a hotel, Elite Hotel Marina, by the 80 ferry, just in case you want a place close by for a meal.

Andreas was a great host, the communication with him was smooth, but something was unexpected which was the filling form were we have to enter a lot of details about the trip , our flight, IDs and other stuffs…Plus a fee waiver of 295 SEK like an insurance which was a bit stressful. Besides that, all the amenities were there, there were no issues. Also the host was always responsive. The apartment was big for us: 3 people. The view was wonderful and only 5-10 min walk to the station.

アパートはとてもいい場所のあり、スーパーやショッピングができる場所がたくさんあります！お部屋も整頓されていて綺麗でした！交通も便利です。チェックインの時間が少し遅かったのでたくさん荷物がある人は大変です(駅のロッカーを案内してくれましたが、お金をセーブしたい人には高価です)アパートメントのドアのロックがアプリなしでは開かなかったことと、前に泊まった人のものなのか飲み差しのお酒の瓶が置いてありました。Eliasさんは親切で、すぐに対応してくれました。おすすめです

Lovely place to stay! Quiet area but close to the vibrant areas.

This was a beautiful home, really warm and cosy, near to plenty of shops and restaurant and not too far out of the city, very good price, felt very private and extremely accessible, throughly enjoyed my stay in Stockholm thanks to this home, would recommend highly

We had a good time at Kim's apartment! Ski in ski out was a big plus, and check in through phone was easy and effective.

Bra läge en liten bit upp i bergen med ski-in/ski-out och även gångavstånd till Åre torg. Snabba och trevliga svar.

So very awesome to be right in Gamla Stan and close to the water! My family and I had a great time hanging out in the Dining Hall. The old building has a lot of character.

This is the second time I stay with this host. The experience was fantastic. William is communicative, responds fast and is flexible when possible. This apartment is small, more of a room than an apartment, but it’s accurately described and you get what you pay for with exceptional cleanliness. I come for business and William’s apartments are always a good option.

Apartament zgodny z opisem, bardzo klimatyczny, położony w starej kamienicy. Doskonała lokalizacja na starym mieście, kilka minut od stacji metra. Okna wychodzą na dziedziniec, co zapewnia ciszę i spokój. Kuchnia wyposażona w ekspres do kawy wraz ze świeżymi ziarnami, co dla nas było wielkim plusem. Idealny apartament dla pary. Bardzo czyste mieszkanie. Było trochę chłodno, być może ogrzewanie zostało uruchomione na chwilę przed naszym przybyciem i nie zdążyło się nagrzać, bo drugiego dnia było już lepiej. Bardzo prosty i wygodny system otwierania drzwi za pomocą aplikacji w telefonie. Bardzo polecam pobyt u Williama.

Positive: Modern nice apartment with ski in/ski out and great locationNegative: - The communication before the stay was a bit much, with lots of messsages and information as well as background checks and filling out forms etc- A bit unpractical to not be able to leave luggage at the location before check in and after check out
