This apartment has a great location, close to great restaurants, bakeries, and the metro. Whole not as modern as newer apartments, it has the charm of a typical older Stockholm apartment that many people desire! It was larger than I expected, and worked very well for staying 10+ days. A bit cold in the winter with -13 degrees outside, but this was informed about prior and blanket were available.At first, I was sceptic towards booking due to the auto-responses and the procedure taking you to a different booking page. However, we had a perfect experience with Guestit as a rental company, so I would highly recommend it!

Soweit war alles gut. Kleine Mängel Zwangsbelüftung war dauerhaft an, 24h kam kalte Luft raus, im Winter ziemlich ungünstigHeizung war nicht entlüften, deswegen war es ziemlich frisch um Zimmer.In den Flur auf der ersten Etage lagen immer Handtücher/ Bettwäsche.

My stay in this apartment was absolutely great!It really felt like my own little apartment for the time I was there. It has everything you need (except from cutlery and oil^^), is very clean and everything (especially gamla stan and the central station + of course the avicii hall) are in great reach.Check-In and Out are perfectly flexible and easy.Can definitely recommend it a lot!

Andreas’ place made us feel right at home, the apartment was very clean and located next to the bus stop where you could get a 15 minute bus into the city centre. Perfect for a city break!! Would highly recommended

This apartment was exactly what we wanted, it was small but had everything we needed, was easy to find and get to, and was in a great area to explore the city. Had absolutely no problems staying here, and Andreas’s instructions and communications were crystal clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful apartment if you are in the city!

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber geräumig. Olof war hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Küche ist eher bedürftig eingerichtet. Es gibt beispielsweise nur eine kleine Bratpfanne, kein Backpapier und kein Öl oder Gewürze. Wenn man nur kurz bleibt und nicht alles selber kaufen möchte, ist das Kochen etwas schwierig.

We had a lovely stay in the beautifully located accommodation. The house is quiet and has a certain charm of the early 60s. Erik always responded quickly to things that caught our attention.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is stylish, clean, and in a fantastic location with a grocery store conveniently located beneath it, which made utilizing the kitchen super easy. While the washer not working was a minor inconvenience, everything else about the stay was great. I would definitely recommend this place! The communication was excellent and had I run into any issues I’m sure they would have been resolved rather quickly.

Nos encantó el alojamiento por su limpieza y orden, fue fácil de encontrar y con locomoción pública cercana, las únicas dificultades fueron:No tiene cómo subir las maletas, hay una escalera exterior para llegar al ascensor que nos llevaba a nuestra planta y con maletas grandes más el hielo fue difícil. El día de salida pagamos extensión de check out, no obstante, el anfitrión envió mensajes en tono poco amigable debido a que no habíamos salido a la hora informada y el personal de aseo se encontraba en el lugar, se le recordó y envío comprobantes de que habíamos extendido el check out, al darse cuenta dl error ofreció disculpas.En general es un lugar que corresponde al descrito, en un entorno tranquilo y hermoso.

Excellent location, easily accessible by train, tram bus or subway. Many restaurants and supermarkets within 5 mn walk. There is even a bus every hour at the bus stop just below the building that takes you directly to the airport; very conveneint.

Beautiful space in a walkable area of Stockholm! Highly recommend I only wish we had more time in the city to enjoy it and the space!
