Beautiful location and super comfortable bed! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Olof‘s place for three nights and it was really great! We felt very safe and could get everywhere pretty quickly, thanks to the nearby metro stations.Currently, there is some construction going on right behind the building, but it doesn’t really bothered us since we were exploring the city at daytime and at nighttime it’s obviously not happening.All in all, we definitely recommend this place for a short stay!

Wir haben uns in der sauberen, sowie gemütlichen Wohnung von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Stockholm ❤️

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Sie war sehr sauber, ruhig und liegt in einem sehr angenehmen Quartier. Die Metro-Station ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und ganz in der Nähe ist eine der besten Bäckereien Stockholms.

Fräsch lägenhet som motsvarade beskrivningen. Väldigt varmt i badrummet, generöst med golvvärme.

The place was beautiful, clean and modern. It was right next to the tram line which was so convenient. Andrea’s was very very helpful and very responsive. Will definitely come back here again

Kohde vastasi hyvin kuvausta, hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet, rauhallinen sijainti. Tv ei kuulunut mukavuuksiin, sitä vähän kaipasimme.

Logement au calme, très bien situé. Nous avons pris le ferry à 5 min pour aller à Stockholm, et il y avait un supermarché Ica à 15 min à pieds (ouvert jusqu’à 22h, c’est super pratique). Beau studio, bien équipé, dans un immeuble type hôtel. Attention pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas : il faut mettre une carte dans un emplacement à l’entrée pour avoir l’électricité (carte bancaire, vitale, de transport…).

I stayed at this property for a few days and was quite satisfied. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and matched the description. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay. The host was very friendly and easy to reach if I had any questions. Check in was also easy. The location was quite but still central enough to get to everything quickly. Public transport was nearby, which was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay that I would definitely highly recommend.

Alles super! Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht direkt in der Innenstadt wohnen möchte! Anbindung zu der Innenstadt ist aber ebenfalls super.

Très bon appartement ! Ressemble parfaitement aux photos, on se sent bien dedans. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bus et métro pour se déplacer à 15min à pied maximum. Endroit très calme et super marché juste à côté. Nous avons passé 3 jours à Stockholm et l’appartement était parfaitement ce qu’il nous fallait. L’hôte est aimable et réactif par message. Je recommande sans aucun doute.

the place was a great find even though the building gave a strange vibe - looked like a former old people home or something of that kind, filled with multiple short-term rental units. It was affordable and good getaway. Ofc it was clear that due to the low cost there were tradeoffs such as construction inside and outside the building starting around 7am on weekdays or an institutional facility-like looking common spaces such as corridors, elevator and hallway. Still, we very much enjoyed the apartment.

We spent nice autumn long weekend in Andreas`s apartment. The apartment has an ideal locationin in terms of public transport. There are also restaurants, pubs, cafes and a bakery in the viciniry. Communication with Andreas was excellent. I recommend this accomodation.

Toller Aufenthalt, gute Lage!!

Lovely long weekend in Stockholm, our first visit. Sodermalm is a fun & bohemian neighborhood with great shops, restaurants & nightlife. Elias apartment is in a perfect location & walking distance from Old Town. Apartment has everything you need & perfect for a couple / 2 friends. Overall would highly recommend, thank you Elias 👌

Die Wohnung und Wohnlage ist sehr schön. Was man jedoch nicht außer Acht lassen darf ist dass es sich hierbei um ein ehemaliges Alterheim handelt und dementsprechend auch so aufgebaut ist. Die ganze Anlage vermietet nur Airbnbs und die Toiletten sind wir in einem Krankenhaus. Es hat als wir reingekommen sind sehr stark nach Fisch gerochen weil unsere Vormieter Fisch gebraten haben. Olof hat uns jedoch sofort unterstützt und eine freundliche Haushaltsreinigung hat uns raumspray gebracht. Für die Gegend unschlagbares Preisleistungsverhältnis. 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist Wasser und unglaublich schön. Vielen Dank Olof!
