We had nice stay, it’s a good value for money. It is a bit chiller in the apartment, and host did say so, but it depends on your preference.👌

Wir hatten 6 wundervolle Tage in Stockholm und konnten von der Wohnung aus wunderbar alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Metro ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Ein kurzer Spaziergang rauf zur Wohnung führte uns vorbei an einem großen Spielplatz und 2-3 Essensmöglichkeiten. Leider war der Hauseingang nur über eine große Treppe erreichbar, was mit Kinderwagen etwas schwierig war. Im Haus gab es einen kleinen Aufzug, der uns dann aber mit Kinderwagen rauf zur Wohnung befördert hat. Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat etwas gerochen. Hier hat mir aber die Kommunikation mit Andreas sehr gut gefallen, der mit einem Tipp direkt geantwortet hatte. Unsere Lösung: Mit Hilfe eines nassen Handtuchs auf dem Abfluss und einem Raumduft haben wir den Geruch nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, wer für bezahlbares Geld eine zentrale, schwedische Wohnung sucht. Sehr genossen haben wir den morgendlichen Ausblick aufs Wasser vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus. It was very walkable from the apartment to many of the places you’d want to visit or see in the main areas of Stockholm. There are 2 train stations both just a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and Elias was very responsive.

Its sundbybery centrum and trains , busses stop are right in front of the apartment , restaurants, grocery store, everything just 100 meters from the apartment, just 10 mints from mall of Scandinavia and 10 mints from Stockholm Central. It’s little noisy on Saturday night as club just down stairs but we enjoyed as we love party places Overall it’s really good place to stay.

The stay was very comfortable.The bedroom a great size and nice to have a seperate lounge area.The kitchen was basic, but i didn’t need to use it.Location was in a quiet area, with a 10-15min walk to the main area of Soldermalm.The price was reduced because of the construction next door, which i didn’t notice as I was out all day. So was entirely worth the stay.Place was safe and secure, needed 3 separate codes to get in.Definitely would recommend.

The place was great, clean and spacious. The ad said it will be noisy but we never heard a sound. 10-15 mins from the closest metro station, 2 mins from the closest bus. Olof was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I will definitely choose him next time I am in Stockholm

El alojamiento es tal cual se observa en las fotos.Olof se mantuvo en contacto y me ayudó con instrucciones para poder llegar fácilmente al alojamiento.Recomiendo el alojamiento, es pequeño, pero cómodo, y queda en el corazón de Gamla Stan.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood, supermarket right in front and next to a park.

Close to the Old Town by taxi and not far from the tube/metro station. Easy to get around. There is a local Coop across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It was warm and cosy, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The transport links were excellent, with easy access to buses and trains that made getting around super convenient. The host was also very responsive and accommodating, which added to the great experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Elias's apartment is a good place to stay when visiting Stockholm. The apartment itself is quite basic, but adequate for three people. The immediate neighborhood is not very attractive, but it's convenient to public transportation and, best of all, it's only about 150 meters from an excellent ICA supermarket. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that cater to local residents. We enjoyed eating at Parma, which is about 500 meters from the unit. Before checking in, I received a message from Elias that "the cleaning team will have the place ready before the standard check in time, so you have an option to check-in early for a fee." If it's ready early, why is there a fee for early check in? We received a similar message regarding late check out. Early check-in and late check out--if available--is a nice Airbnb courtesy, but should not be used as a profit center for the owner...just my opinion. Also, more detailed parking information would have been nice.
