Hele goede uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Gothenburg. Superplek - rustig appartement dichtbij leuk park en bruisende wijken. Voor gezin van 4 wel aan de krappe kant, maar daar is de prijs ook naar.

Olof was awesome - very responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and out. The apartment is small, but it is in a phenomenal location and the price is appropriate given the Swedish economy. It was clean and cute, but again I can’t say enough about location! Thank you Olof.However, I did have a bit of a negative to make note of. There is a very hand-made and thin partition put up between the apartment which we rented out and the neighbouring one. It honestly felt like styrofoam with a blanket on top of it. You could even see through to the other apartment in the cracks! And of course it provided zero sound buffering. It was just a weird feeling… it’s nice that there’s a locked door between that space and the sleeping/living area, but nonetheless, I found it very odd.

Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war neben einer großen Straße und etwas außerhalb nicht ideal aber gut angebunden und deswegen kein Problem. alles hat funktioniert wie erwartet, die Kommunikation war klar und einwandfrei.

Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Zug inerhalb von 30 min vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Die Preis-Leistung passt, das Apartment war sauber und groß genug. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Küche, die leider sehr mager ausgestattet ist, also nur ein kleiner Topf, eine kleine Pfanne, zwei stumpfes Schneidmesser und so weiter. Der Host hat immer schnell geantwortet und war hilfreich.

Positive: Nice, clean and comfortable in a nice location near a park.Negative: Work was being done in the building during daytime and at times it sounded like someone was drilling through our walls. Very noicy.

Prisvärt boende med närhet till allt.Positive: Helt klart prisvärt boende med bra läge. Smidigt att öppna dörren till entrén med digital nyckel. Man måste bara läsa instruktionerna noga.Negative: Det enda som vi tyckte saknades var fönster. Städningen av köksredskapen kunde varit bättre.

Stockholm ist auf jeden Fall schonmal die goldrichtige Wahl😃Olofs Apartment liegt in einem ehemaligen Hospital und neben vielen weiteren (wahrscheinlich) sehr ähnlichen Apartments. Im Hausflur ist’s daher etwas „steril“ und alles wirkt sehr „gleich“, trotzdem war das Apartment sehr schön und absolut perfekt für uns. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein Parkhaus inkl. Ladesäule, was ebenfalls perfekt war. So konnten wir entspannt die Stadt erkunden und unser Auto stand vollgeladen im Keller 👍 das Parkhaus sowie die Ladesäule lassen sich einfach per EasyPark bezahlen, easy. Man kommt sogar morbidem Aufzug direkt von der Garage in die Apartment-Etage. Leider nur nicht zurück, da muss man durch den Haupteingang und außen am Haus dann in die Garage gehen. Die vielen Zahlencodes für Lift und Eingangstüren sind schon eine Herausforderung fürs Gedächtnis, stehen aber immer gut nachschlagbar in Olofs Eeklärungen. Der Code zu Garage steht dann in der EasyPark App. Habt Spaß in Stockholm. Es lohnt😎

We loved staying in this cute cabin in Björnen. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, cozy visit. Heated flooring in the bathroom was a nice bonus. Bed was comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Located close to the Björnen Skistar shop and a short ride to all the Björnen MTB trails. Recommend for a couple, small family or some friends.

Kanonställe! Enda var att bastun tyvärr luktade illa och att det satt en vass sten i silen i duschen. Höll på att gå illa men upptäckte den i tid!Annars rekommenderar jag verkligen lägenheten om än lite omständigt att ta sig till med hiss/trappor, hallar osv.

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, vor allem die Aussicht. Genau wie auf den Bildern. Beim Check-In hat alles super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war allerdings manchmal schwierig, da nicht auf konkrete Fragen/Probleme eingegangen wurde. Beispielsweise gab es bei uns Probleme mit der Spülmaschine und wir haben nur eine Standard-Antwort bekommen. Auch auf die Frage, wie wir unsere Fahrräder unterbringen können, gab es keine konkreten Vorschläge. Ansonsten fanden wir es sehr schön und sehr sauber.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Eine unfassbar gemütliche, kleine Wohnung. Perfekt für eine Person und auch durchaus machbar für zwei. Das Bett könnte für den ein oder anderen mit 1.20m etwas zu klein sein, für uns war es aber kein Problem. Würde nochmal wiederkommen!

Appartamento essenziale ma completo di tutto, in un quartiere tranquillo e accogliente. Mezzi di trasporto comodi per andare in centro con più opzioni e supermercato a pochi passi da casa

Great location. Although we state only for a couple of days but this place is worth staying longer and has got everything needed. Very functional house and good neighbourhood. Very close to most places one would like to visit as a tourist. Thanks Olof for being such a kind host and being responsive at all times.

Gute Lage, sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, nur das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Olof's a great host and very candid and responsive.The location of the unit is big 5 star...would love to visit again and recommend :-)
