Without the Construction it would've been a 10 all the way.Positive: Location. Very close to bus stop to get to old town and many other places. Across from grocery store.Negative: Was not told construction was going on the whole stay. 7 am they started. Since the windows needed to be open to get air it was so noisy that it was hard to have conversation inside with family members. No one should have been put in those rooms. I know it's about filling the rooms to make money but that was ridiculous. Constant noise for 8 hours.

Bra läge

We had a lovely stay. Nice and modern apartment with almost everything you may need. The room with bunk bed was a bit smaller than we thought it would be. A tiny issue with the curtains arised what we expected to be fixed during our long stay. Otherwise it was an wonderful experience being there. The best part is the location. Everything was close to the apartment.

Modernt, fräscht och nyrenoverat boende som väl beskrivs i annons. Slående utsikt över skutan och åresjön från stort fönsterparti i vardagsrummet.

Vi hade en bra vistelse i Åre! Boendet var fint och hade ett bra läge. Inga fönster vilket var lite tråkigt, men annars var det toppen!

Rekommenderar starkt att boka för övernattning, bra köksredskap, handdukar samt sängkläder. Ligger lägligt!

Nous avons resté 5 nuits dans 'appartement et nous étions très satisfaits. Une belle surprise : dans le salon c'est un vrai lit 2 places qui est facile à ouvrir et à fermer. L'appartement a été très propre, bien insonorisé, lits très confortables,. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner. Pour aller au centre du Stockholm il faut prendre un bus, puis metro, mais c'est assez facile. Le supermarché est à 2 stations de bus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir entrer dans l'appartement avec le code, car notre avion a eu 2 h de retard et arrivé très tard. Andreas a été très réactif et répondu à tous nos questions. Merci

Beautiful and spacious apartment for group of four adults. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep. The location was perfect. Close to the city centre and södermalm. Gamla stan is very beautiful and safe neighbourhood.

Elias's apartment is exactly as seen in the photographs. It is bright, airy and a perfect size for 2 or 3 people. The sofa bed was much bigger than we expected and very comfortable. Self check-in went smoothly, thanks to clear instructions. The apartment was pristine clean on arrival and quiet during the day and night.As we had no issues, we did not need to contact the host throughout our stay.

Mitten in Stockholm nur 5 Gehminuten vom Fähranleger der Linie 80 entfernt war diese Unterkunft perfekt für uns. Sehr sauber und ein uriges Konstrukt eingebettet in eine Ruine. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Dankeschön.
