Es la primera vez que visitamos Estocolmo y teniamos duda cuál seria una buena ubicacion para hospedarnos. Consideramos que entre los inigualables atributos de esta unidad es la ubicación.El edificio es muy antiguo con la magia incluida de Gamla Stan sin embargo el departamento está renovado y es muy cómodo para llegar a descansar después de salir a explorar Estocolmo. Eso si, prepárense para subir escaleras pequeñas e inclinadas, como parte del encanto de este lugar. El departamento esta muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y más. Lo recomendamos mucho y nos volveríamos a hospedar en este lugar. ¡Gracias Elias!

Soweit alles gut, Küchenausstattung etwas rudimentär: kein Wasserkocher, sehr kleine Kaffeemaschine, kein Sieb (Nudeln). Nur Wassergläser ….

We really enjoyed our stay in Stockholm. The location in Södermalm is a very good choice. We would like to come back some time soon.

Great apartment in a wonderful location

appartamento perfetto, ampio, pulito e silenzioso. cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. Perfetto per famiglia con bambini. supermercato Ica molto fornito nelle vicinanze. host molto gentile e disponibile.

Olof was a great host and his place made for an excellent stay. The location was well connected to public transport so accessing different parts of Stockholm was made easy. The unit itself was very clean and cozy. We did struggle with the elevator a few times as it was finicky but we did appreciate the level of security of needing a code to enter the building and to use the elevator. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 guests and a 4 night stay which was inconvenient and the bathroom lacked anywhere to store the toilet paper within a reachable distance from the toilet. There was also no paper towels for the kitchen and only a single dish towel to use for the stay. We would have appreciated more basics available for us during our stay like extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Angenehme und gut ausgestattete Kleinwohnung in netter sowie ruhiger Wohngegend. Zu Fuß ist man in 9 Minuten bei der U-Bahn-Station. Die Linie T17 benötigt 16 Minuten in das Zentrum (T-Centralen). Empfehlenswert!

Ein tolles, sauberes und schickes Apartment. Sehr effizient und praktisch eingerichtet, alles noch sehr neu und schick.Mit der Bahn und dem Bus ist man ganz schnell in der Innenstadt, aber auch die unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es schöne Stellen, tolle Supermärkte und ein ruhiges, unaufgeregtes Ambiente.

Great location, nice apartment. It’s at walking distances of most tourist places and landmarks. It’s clean and luminous. We had a great time in Stockholm. Watch out, It’s a 3rd floor with no elevator so make sure you are able to carry your luggage up. Washer was broken and had to do laundry outside. There are a few things in the apartment that might need some repairs.

L'appartement est paisible, très confortable et joliment décoré. Il est situé prés d'un joli parc et à 500m d'un hypermarché. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pieds. Mais si vous ne souhaitez pas marcher, bus, métro, train sont tous à proximité.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !A recommander.

Correspond à la description et aux photos. Très propre. Calme.Placé sur la ligne de bus 76 qui rend le centre ville facilement accessible.On y a passé un bon séjour !

All was fine and comfortable

Fantastiskt läge med gångavstånd till Liseberg och mycket annat. Vacker och hemtrevlig lägenhet som hade allt man behöver när man reser. En bekväm dubbelsäng i ett mindre sovrum. Även bäddsoffan var bekväm för att vara just en bäddsoffa. Enkel och snabb incheckning. Det finns en 7-eleven precis runt hörnet samt flera matbutiker inom gångavstånd om man tex. Vill köpa frukost. Inget negativt att säga. Rekommenderar varmt!
