Mein Mann war für 3 Tage in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr bequem, und mein Mann war zufrieden. Der Check-in in die Wohnung war einfach und schnell. Es gibt eine Option (gegen Aufpreis) für einen späten Check-out. Ich empfehle es allen.

Very nice apartment with view on the lake and a public bath 5mn away. Clear arrival instructions, keybox, lots of storage space and a well-equipped kitchen. Public transportation a couple of blocks away and a lot of greenery around. Can be recommended.

It’s great to have some more affordable accommodation in Stockholm, and this relatively spacious studio flat has the basics for 2 people to enjoy their stay.

We had a good stay at Olof’s apartment. The location was conveniently located near a tram stop and there were many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The place was as described and clean when we checked in. There were a couple of confusing things we had trouble with like the door lock and shower head, but Olof was very responsive and helped resolve quickly. I would stay here again.

Lo que más destacaría es la ubicación, cerca del metro y con la parada del bus delante, pasa cada 10 minutos. Justo en frente del edificio un supermercado estupendo. Además por la zona hay sitios donde tomar algo y, si vas con niños, al lado hay también un parque donde poder divertirse.

The place is lovely and well equipped. It is very comfortable to stay and Andreas was responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

El apartamento está bien para los cuatro que hemos viajado. muy cómodo, limpio, y bien situado

Lovely location and comfortable living

En rigtig dejlig lejlighed. Fantastisk udsigt. Gode senge. Pænt og rent. Der var fin respons ved spørgsmål .Badeværelset var slidt og der var desværre vand alle steder ved bad. Vi savnede lidt personlig indretning og et kort over området med anbefalinger til lokalområdet.

Eine sehr schöne, große und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in einer angenehmen Gegend; die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar; die Kommunikation mit Elias war schnell und freundlich.

Sehr gut gelegen und in der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Das Bad ist aber wirklich mini und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Genauso die Küche.

Un bel appartement même si la vaiselle disponible était un peu juste pour 4 personnes.L'appartement est difficile à trouver si on ne sait pas qu'il y a deux numéros 49 dans la rue .Sinon , localisation parfaite pour visiter Stockholm et quartier agréable et calme .

This was a great place to stay! Conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do, and comfortable when we wanted to rest. We learned of a plumbing issue from a neighbor of the apartment, and the host was very responsive to communication resolving that. Having laundry in the apartment was very convenient and easy to use.

A comfortable apartment in a great area.

The apartment was as shown in the photos, and all items were present as described. However, the bathroom was significantly older than in the photos and had a very unpleasant odor. As a result, the entire apartment smelled rather musty. The kitchen was generally clean but quite worn out. The building where the apartment was located is a large complex and not very inviting. On the positive side, the general location was very good, with a supermarket right next door, a bus stop in front of the door, and only a few steps from the waterfront. Communication with the host was also great.

Le logement est dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et des transports, moins de 20 mns pour Stockholm.Tout correspond au descriptif, chambre accueillante, cuisine fonctionnelle.Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l appartement d Elias avec notre adolescent de 16 ans. Logement impeccable, conforme à la description, très fonctionnel avec ses nombreux rangements, cuisine bien équipée, idéalement placé à SOFO dans Stockholm (pour nous le meilleur quartier de la ville). L immeuble est calme et propre. Le bar qui est dans la rue ne nous a occasionné aucune gêne. L ouverture des portes (d entrée de l immeuble, de l appartement et du local poubelle) se fait sans clé mais via une application sur smarphone. Très pratique. Il y a tout à quelques pas de l appartement (métro, parcs, restaurants, cafés, magasins de vêtements, de déco, supermarchés …). Bref, nous avons été très satisfaits du logement d Elias. Merci à lui qui a contribué à un excellent séjour à Stockholm !!!

Alloggio molto elegante e spazioso, perfetto per una famiglia di cinque persone. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata. É situato in una zona molto bella e centrale dí Stoccolma. Si possono raggiunge le principali attrazioni a piedi, ma se non si ha voglia di camminare la fermata della metro è vicinissima. Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali in cui si può mangiare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche paio di supermercati. Andreas è stato molto disponibile ed ha risposto a tutte le domande in tempi brevi.

Central location. Perfect to discover the city and very clean.
