Great value apartment with easy access to the train stop into the city. There are two grocery stores 10 min walk away and the ferry stop is 5 min walk. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Die Lage ist nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber.

Perfect place to stay in Stockholm, nice neighborhood and quiet. Apartment exactly as described. Communication perfect.

что можно сказать в целом красиво и чистый номер все новое что бы я посоветовал сделать так это написать номер на замке где. ключ так как считать можно по разному их порядок :)по выходным не было горячей воды особенно в воскресенье :)в целом все устраивает ничего не мешает спать только. по началу звук бойлера и трамвая но можно привыкнуть :)для тех кто будет читать мой отзыв берите фен так как его нет к сожалению так же и утюга но он есть на первом этаже в прачечной если вы живете больше недели в целом он всегда есть утюг с утра старый но работает...цены постоянно меняются так что не торопитесь и сравнивайте цены и на других сайтах советую апартаменты рядом трамвай и пароходы и так же есть автобусы из еды есть близко магазине и огромный спортзал по близости и ресторан и кафе с мороженый обязательно вернусь так как еще не успел попробовать рядом мороженое спасибо !

Super Gute Lage um Södermalm zu erkunden. Bushaltestelle direkt an der Straße. Ruhige Lage.

A small but cozy apartment in an excellent location. The bus to the city center is right outside the entrance, and the metro is also not far away. Very easy and quick self check-in. There is also a store with all the necessary items in front of the building. The only drawback for me was the cleanliness, as I found some black hair on the bed. The kitchen was also not very clean.

Positive: Lage und Gestaltung des A., sehr netter Vermieter

Positive: Awesome family room or for a couple. Easy acesss to the city on the Emily ferry or SL buses or scooter. Supermarket over the road. Nice location near the river. Heat walking along the river.Negative: Only a couple things. Needs a plug for the kitchen sink, needed a laundry facility in the building or unit.

Ich würde das Appartment wieder buchenPositive: Die Aussicht war herrlich. Vom Bett aus konnte man hervorragend den Blick auf Stockholm, die Sonnenuntergänge und den Abendhimmel genießen. Allerdings muss man dazu auch ein Appartment im obersten Stockwerk buchen. Das Appartment war modern eingerichtet. Super ist die kurze Distanz zum Fähranleger, über den man die Innestadt bequem mit dem Boot erreichen kann. Das Parkhaus in der Nähe ist preislich für eine Großstadt akzeptabel.Negative: Das Appartment war am Anreisetag sehr warm und die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht bedienen. Die Pfanne war für den Induktionsherd nicht geeignet. Insgesamt sind das aber Kleinigkeiten gewesen.

Leuk verblijf. echter was het wel warm op de bovenste verdieping en geen airco aanwezig. In de badkamer rook het naar oud water, ik na het douchen etc. De lokatie is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in en genoeg in de buurt. We konden op straat makkelijk de auto kwijt, niet vergeten na 24u weer opnieuw het parkeren aan te zetten.

Excellent value for the location. Everything clean and modern. The code for the lift was really finicky and there were several times that we had to take the stairs as it simply didn't work. Other than that, 10/10

Bra studio, har man allt behöver för några dagar, nära till Stockholm med bil men även bra kommunikationer med andra transportmedel. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka nästa gång vi besöker Stockholm ☺️

Very clean and practical apartment in friendly, quiet neighborhood. Well connected to public transport and thus easy to explore Stockholm :)
