Great place for a price we paid. Cons:* One bedroom is without windows.* As other reviewers said, you need to rent the main house and small house together for privacy as the small house is 2m away from main entrance and has huge window on deck side. * No place to store bikes.* They use other site where you need to sign additional contract and send photo of your government ID.Pros:* Close to lifts.* Great view from deck.* Free parking.* Hot tube was great!

Very well located in Södermalm with the metro, the restaurants and bars aroundElias was very reactive to the different questions I've had.(The bathroom is indeed really really small)

Super Lage, schöne Gegend und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und hat das nötigste, was man braucht.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce logement (2 adultes et un bébé pour une semaine).L’appartement est petit mais fonctionnel. La salle de bain est minuscule mais nous étions au courant et cela ne nous a finalement pas gênés.L’emplacement est idéal.Très bon rapport qualité prix!

We were very happy in Olof‘s apartment. He was a great host and always answered any questions immediately. The apartment has an amazing view and is situated in a perfect spot to explore Stockholm. Furthermore, it was wonderfully quiet, clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was lovely and Andreas was great at communicating. Easy to get around a supermarket and metro up the road which was super convenient.All in all was a good apartment with everything we needed.

Comfortable apartment with a nice view of the river. The Old Town is only accessible by bus or metro (20 minutes). It's a suburban area so fairly quiet and not many restaurants around. However, the kitchen is well equipped and there are good supermarkets around for self catering. We would have preferred to be closer to Town but for the price, it was fine.

This lovely apartment was ideal for two of us not can sleep up to 6 people . It would have been nice to have a tv but our trip was visiting family so it did not matter too much .The place was very clean and well resourced.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu zweit hier und es war sehr viel Platz. Die Lage ist sehr nah an der Innenstadt und der Check-In war sehr einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Das Bad ist etwas gebrauchter als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig, nur die Nachbarskinder waren vermutlich durch die Sommerferien teils etwas lauter. Wir hatten anfangs ein Problem mit der Duschbrause, welches sehr schnell mit Andreas geklärt werden konnte und innerhalb einer halben Stunde persönlich durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter behoben wurde. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir empfehlen das Inserat weiter und würden es auch wieder buchen. :)

Cosy apartment in a quiet but very central area.

Sehr neues und helles Appartement in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der seitliche Blick auf das Wasser von dem verglasten Balkon ist toll. Es war alles was man braucht vorhanden und hat funktioniert.Zum Bus waren es nur 5 Min. zu Fuß und zur Tunnelbana 20 Min. Ein früherer Check in hätte 400 SEK gekostet. Das war es uns nicht wert. Die Matratze war leider sehr hart und dünn. Beim Bettenabziehen sahen wir, dass der Topper stark verschmutzt war.Das hat uns etwas enttäuscht, da der Preis ja nicht gerade gering war.Sonst ist das Appartement absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöme Wohnung in guter Lage.

Le logement est propre et bien agencé, le lit est confortable et grand, juste l'oreiller est un peu trop mou (à mon gout) . Il y a assez de places de parking pour ne pas devoir chercher un emplacement.Il manquerait peut-être des ustensiles de cuisines un peu plus grands, surtout si vous restez plusieurs jours et que vous avez l'intention de faire à manger régulièrement.L'emplacement est correct, assez proche d'une station de train (tram toutes les 15m environ) et à 30m du centre de Stockholm. La présence d'une machine à laver est un plus appréciable surtout quand vous voyager léger.Seul problème dans l'ensemble est l'odeur des parties communes qui peut être assez forte quand les poubelles ne sont pas vidées.

Das Apartment auf Södermalm hat eine großartige Lage in einem wunderschönen Stadtteil. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack – genau richtig für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Alles in allem war es ein top Erlebnis.Neutrale Anmerkungen: Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber für den Preis absolut akzeptabel. Die Lautstärke kann bei offenem Fenster etwas störend sein, da ein Hotel mit Außenbar direkt gegenüber liegt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es jedoch kein Problem.Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Mieszkanie było w dogodnym miejscu, w pobliżu ciekawe knajpki i dobry dojazd do centrum. Jednak hałas z budowy był bardzo uciążliwy, jedna z sypialni nie miała okna, o czym nie zostałam poinformowana przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji. Jako zadośćuczynienie gospodarz zaproponował zniżkę na przedłużenie pobytu więc ogólne wrażenie jest pozytywne.
