A simple, nice, and clean apartment in a very good location. Highly recommended for those on short trips who plan to walk a lot around the city and enjoy evenings at local restaurants. It's also easy to self check-in and out, so there's no need to worry if you arrive late or come in at night.

Lejligheden fremstod pæn og ren. Ligger i meget roligt kvarter, med masser af muligheder for indkøb og restauranter.Udførlig instruktioner til adgang af bygning og lejlighed.

Veldig trivelig leilighet. Lys og fin. God plass. Kort vei til butikk og fasiliteter.Verten var tilgjengelig da vi lurte på noe.Veldig fornøyd :-)

Logement très bien situé, proche de l’arrêt de métro et du bus pour l’aéroport d’Arlanda, dans un quartier à la fois calme et dynamique, avec de nombreux bars et restaurants.Accessibilité au logement facile et flexible. Dommage que l’ascenseur ne nous dépose pas jusqu’à l’étage de l’appartement…Appartement propre et à la décoration soigné mais que je déconseille pour 4 personnes, car trop petit. Pas de rangement dans la pièce principale pour les personnes dormant sur le canapé-lit. Nos valises étaient donc au milieu de la pièce, ce qui ne nous laissait pas beaucoup de place, pour nous installer et pour manger. Cuisine équipée avec le minimum (seulement 3 cuillères à soupe pour 4 personnes, pas d’égouttoir pour la vaisselle…). Nous n’avons donc jamais mangé à l’appartement (seulement les petits-déjeuners).Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle.

Wir hatten sechs wunderschöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage, der Blick auf den kleinen Platz, die kleine Sicht auf den Hafen sind einfach toll.Die Ausstattung, das Interieur passt einfach hervorragend zu diesem alten Haus. Eine Unterkunft mit Charme. Besonders praktisch auch der unmittelbar nebenan liegende Supermarkt und ein schönes Restaurant gleich unten im Haus. Kleines Manko: der Lieferbetrieb und die Müllabfuhr in den frühen Morgenstunden sind schon recht laut- empfindliche Menschen sollten sich vielleicht vorbereiten. Wenn man Stockholm erleben möchte, dann von dieser Wohnung aus. Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Die Unternjnft von Elias war sehr schön! Ausgezeichnete Lage und sehr sauber! Das einzige Problem war, dass kein Abfalleimer im Badezimmer vorhanden ist.

Vi havde er rigtigt godt ophold her. Virkelig god beliggenhed på en stille gade, men tæt på mange hyggelige og spændende steder. Både mange butikker, restauranter og barer i nærheden. Lejligheden var lille, men ren og pæn og havde det nødvendige. Dog et meget lille køkken med kun de allermest nødvendige køkkenting. Så ikke det bedste, hvis man vil lave mad selv. Lidt lydt ud til opgangen, men ellers stille. Alt i alt godt og et sted, vi godt kunne finde på at booke igen.

Wonderful apartment in a prime location. Perfect stay

This was a stylish, spacious and clean flat in quiet surroundings. The only issue was that it was a 15-20 min train journey fromcentral station. The location is a suburb, and does not feel like being in central Stockholm. Having said that, the train is easy and the cost is covered in a public transport day pass. Not sure if I missed the info on location, but it was disappointing not to be in the city centre with its atmosphere, and with restaurants etc close by.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Self Check-In sowie Self Check-Out wurde sehr gut erklärt und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wenn wir wieder nach Stockholm reisen, würden wir wieder dieses Apartment buchen.

The accommodations were amazing. Everything was tidy. There were different levels, so there were stairs. But everything was as described, if not better. Would difficultly stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo in bella e tranquilla zona di Stoccolma. Supermercati, ristoranti e servizi vari rapidamente raggiungibili, cosi come la fermata della metro. La casa di Olof è spaziosa, accogliente e ben arredata e viaggiando con una bambina di 3 anni ci siamo trovati benissimo.

We had a great stay at Elias’ while in town for a conference. Pros: good location close to the metro, restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean with good kitchenware and it was nice to have a dishwasher. Easy communication and easy check in/out process. It was great to have laundry facilities in the building as well. Cons: The apartment was very warm given the heat and there were no fans even though they’re listed in the amenities. The curtains are not blackout which was a little problematic with the midnight sun. We had some trouble with the oven which we weren’t able to figure out. We found the personal information the host asked for before check in a little excessive. Overall a great place to stay when visiting Stockholm for a short or long term stay.

El alojamiento tiene una buena ubicación, bien comunicado con el centro de Estocolmo. La zona es tranquila y hay sitios para aparcar cerca (de pago). El acceso al apartamento con caja de llaves fue sencillo gracias a las instrucciones de Andreas. Se debería mejorar el equipamiento de la cocina. Los utensilios eran escasos en número y tamaño para seis huéspedes.
