The apartment is just as advertised. There was one broken cabinet I let Jim know about. I am not a fan of the shower freestanding in the bathroom bit that is not Olof’s fault. There was a kitchen but nothing to help cook anything - oil, spices, ingredients. Would have been nice. It was in a great area, close to metro. A bit clunky to get in place and up elevator and into room - needing to remember 3 sets of number combinations.

Sängarna är alldeles för smala. Den ena sång är 140 den andra 120. Vi fick bädda upp på soffan dåmdet inte gick att sova 2 i den minsta sängen.Persiennerna i vardagsrummet var sönder så det blev väldigt ljust sen på morgonen...Saknar speglar. Enbart 1 spegen i hela lägenheten. Det var i badrummet med dårlig belysning.Rekommendera att sätta upp ett helkroppsspegel i sovrummet så man kan föna håret och titta i en spegel samtidigt. Vasken i badrummet är för liten. Vi borstade tänderna i köket. I övrigt är lägenheten fräsch och ren. Välutrustat och med mysig balkong.

Olof was a great host, helped us with any queries that we had and was always super quick with responses. The place was perfectly kept, and everything was within walking distance of the property!

We had a fantastic stay. The home was clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. Had a dedicated parking space which was a plus. Was in close proximity to the tourist spots. Can recommend!

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Bad ist groß. Die Unterkunft ist in einem alten Krankenhaus, was man hier und da merkt. Stört aber nicht weiter.Etwas schwierig zu bedienen fanden wir das Türschloss - mal schnell raus wäre im Notfall schwierig gewesen… der Hausflur war etwas schmuddelig, mit Urinflecken und -Geruch. Nachts war es schön ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen. Für ein Wochenende war es eine prima Unterkunft.

This place was walking distance to the train which was great for us. Our downsides were not having WiFi and the shower doesn’t drain well at all, host said he would fix it after we left though. This place is better for 2 people, we were 4. We are all easy going so it was fine but sharing a small bathroom wasn’t the greatest. And the couch bed wasn’t the best either. We moved the mattress topper to the couch bed which helped. But if not we would have been feeling the dips from the cushions. It’s not a pull out bed couch, it’s more of a fold out bed. The place was very well priced, very clean, the kitchen was great and the bed was very comfortable. The views were also nice. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you to our host.

Estuvo bueno el lugar

Majoitus oli juuri sitä, mitä mainostettiin. Sijainti erinomainen hiihtokeskukseen/bikeparkkiin nähden. Siistiä ja helppoa.

The place was as expected! The location is slightly outside of the city centre but easily reachable by bus. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet as description. I would come back again if I came back.

Great apartment, with a stunning view. It is located in walking to the city center. In Södermalm there are lots of restaurants, bakeries and things to do. The apartment is very cosy and lived up to the description. A five ⭐ recommendation.
