Positive: Comfortable and modern environment. Quiet, the kitchen had everything you needed. A nice bonus for the hostel - shampoo and shower gel. Cleanliness everywhere, in the room and in the lobbyNegative: The room was very cold. Apparently, the ventilation was turned on too much and there was no way to adjust it. There was no hairdryer, this was indicated, but I did not expect that this needed to be checked. The pillow was also uncomfortable, but that's a matter of taste))

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in der Wohnung, das hat gut funktioniert. Die Baustelle wird noch etwas dauern (es wird eine neue Bahnlinie gebaut), war aber angegeben und stellte für uns kein Problem dar, da unsere Kinder uns eh früher wecken. Zudem haben unsere Kinder es geliebt, diese zu beobachten. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein fantastischer Spielplatz. Wir haben alles so wie auf den Bildern vorgefunden, wir haben täglich gekocht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Super war der überdachte kleine Balkon. Man ist nicht im quirligen Teil von Södermalm, aber ist total schnell dort. Die Umgebung ist ruhiger, aber es gibt ein paar schöne Restaurants um die Ecke. Ich würde die Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen.

Olması gerektiği gibiPositive: Oda çok geniş ve konforluydu. Giriş-çıkış yönergeleri çok iyiydi. Otobüs durağı çok yakın, metro durağı ise 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

We loved this unique place! Some things to have in mind: it is further away from most activities and attractions but public transportation is always available, also the place was pretty strictly regulated and had quite a few askings for the price.

Excellent à tous les niveaux, tout à été impeccable. Que ce soit pour l’appartement que pour la communication, les instructions sont clairs, la propreté, le prix, tout a été parfait. Olof est très réactif et toujours à l’écoute. Je recommande totalement :)

Very clean and spacious accommodation for a weekend. The bed was a bit tough, but for the price of everything it was definitely worth it. A bit out of the way to get to the apartment though. But overall a good and quiet stay.

When I booked the apartment, I didn’t expect it to be such a charming place. It’s like a "granny flat" with a separate entrance from the main house, which gave us plenty of privacy. It was perfect for me, my partner, and our 2-year-old son, as there was a small room just right for our son to sleep in. We were welcomed with fresh bread and cinnamon buns in the kitchen, and the clean apartment had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. There was a coffee machine with coffee and filters, clean sheets and towels that felt like hotel quality, and a super charming apartment in a typical Swedish wooden house. It’s super close to the metro, making it easy and quick to get to the city center, but in a very calm and beautiful neighborhood. It was lovely to walk around and see the surroundings. We met the homeowner—not Andreas—a very sweet elderly man who we enjoyed chatting with. Andreas also promptly answered my questions prior to our arrival, and we had no issues with our stay. 10/10!

Ottimi i collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici (consiglio di scaricare l'app. SL stoccolma ed acquistare i biglietti necessari). Supermercato di fronte all'appartamento.

Very cool and convenient location. Nice apartment that worked well with a family with two kids. Close to everything.

Enkel og grei studio-leilighet, med det man skulle trenge. Litt trangt å sove for 4 stk og litt høylytt i gangene på nattestid.Men veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Kunne bodd her igjen.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Olof was attentive and the directions for entry were detailed. It was within walking distance to the lively areas of Södermalm.
