We enjoyed staying at this place. It is rare to find a place with two bedrooms during certain events. And location was great. However the apartment looked bigger in the pictures, it looked more of an “expensive type” on the pictures too. The doors between rooms were very light so you could hear a lot. Not much noise isolation. Overall, if you’re looking for a place for four, it’ll do.Thank you !

Overall Sweden es beautiful and the cleaner place I have ever visited. There are a few oddities that I had to get used to but worked out fine such as be aware your bathroom is your shower space vs having a shower space. The place is close to public transportation which is the best of anywhere I have traveled. I would recommend this place to travelers. Just be aware things are different in Scandinavian countries.

Nice clean place

Die Wohnung ist toll. Sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht. Bäder etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber super sauber und in Ordnung. Küche passt.Die Wohnung ist alles in allem etwas unpersönlich und es scheint, dass hier nicht der Inhaber kommuniziert oder in der Wohnung lebt sondern die Wohnung ganzjährig von einer Agentur verwaltet wird. Alleine drei mal einen verlaengerten Check Out (gegen Geld) angeboten zu bekommen obwohl beim ersten mal schon abgesagt wurde ist z.B. eigenartig. Nachts war es manchmal laut im Stiegenhaus. Ganz eigenartig war eine SMS mit der Androhnung eines Sicherheitsdienstes gegen 300 eur wegen Lärmbelästigung - um dann zu erfahren dass ein Dezibelmesser in der Wohnung laufend misst und wohl ein Kind nachts zu laut geweint hat. Nachbarn haetten sich keine beschwert, die SMS kaeme automatisiert. Also, tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, gewöhnungsbedürftige Vermietung.

Great location near transit. Quiet neighbourhood near parks and the water. Building hallways were very dirty but the apartment was clean and just what was needed for the weekend.

Elias was a very responsive, clear, and kind host. The apartment was well kept. However, it was even smaller than anticipated. The bathroom in particular is a very tight fit. It was fine for us since we were only there as a place to sleep at night.A fan was provided for cooling purposes, however it did not function properly which was slightly disappointing due to the hot weather. The linens and towels were clean. I did not personally sleep in the sofa-bed, however the person travelling with me said they felt the springs of the mattress.The location is nice and calm. We felt safe staying in the area. Transportation was convenient and we were able to get to the downtown area very easily. Overall, I would recommend the place for a few nights.

Such an amazing experience staying at Elia‘s place

We had a great time staying at the apartment when we traveled to Stockholm for Taylor Swift. The check in experience was a breeze, the unit was clean, spacious and well decorated. The host was very responsive and on top of things. The location walking distance to a lot of cool restaurants, parks and cafes. We had read about the industrial feel / vibe of the building itself which makes sense but didn’t impact our experience at all. Would stay here again.

Quite and safe place to stay. Good public transportation connections. Apartment as on photos. Olof was great host.

Wonderful stay! Great location, easy drive to main attractions in the city, and easy walk to the Nacka shopping mall! Andrea’s was very helpful and responsive and gave us tips for a concert we visited. Thank you Andreas!

Buena estancia aunque corta. Suecia es un gran país y la gente muy amable.Lastima que coincidimos con la actuación de la cantante Taylor Swift y no encareció la estancia.Volveremos.

The location is amazing! The place is quite small and there is no proper shower and wall to the apartment next door. It didn’t bother us but it might get a bit noisy in the night.

Central location.

Mega schönes und sauberes Haus mit allem was man sich nur irgendwie vorstellen kann. Andreas war gut erreichbar, jedoch trifft man nicht auf ihn. Der Besitzer, Gunnar, bewohnt den unteren Teil des Hauses und ist ein ganz toller Mensch. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut die Bekanntschaft mit Gunnar gemacht zu haben 🫶

We had an amazing stay here! The location was great, the apartment itself was clean, well-maintained and it had everything we needed.Our host was very responsive and we appreciate the flexibility with check-in hours, which was a huge plus for us. There was a fee for the service, but it worked out perfectly and made our arrival stress-free.Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend this place!

I was very concerned when I went to Stockholm for a concert because the prices were sky-high everywhere, but this property not only pleased with the cost, but it was clean and comfortable. If you plan to visit Stockholm, I will recommend this place. Elias is a wonderful host, he completely accompanied me with messages throughout the process, which I am overly grateful.
