We had a very nice stay; everything was good. The only thing is that it was very warm inside the apartment.

Good base from which to explore Stockholm especially once you learn the subway and/or bus system, both of which are very easily accessible from this apartment. Really loved the natural light/scenery through the windows but do recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep in during the summer when there are only a few hours of dark each night this far north! Host was very communicative and quick to respond which was much appreciated.

My 60+ mother and I loved staying here! Olof was always very responsive and clear. Lots of room to spread out your things and hang up in the closets etc. Right by the water and ferry and 2 buses and many many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This is an amazing location in Gamla Stan, just a block from the water and near all the sites on that island. It's a quick 20 minute walk to the Central Station. Even though it's in the heart of a lot of action, the place was quiet at night. Very clean and convenient.

Peaceful neighborhood. Had some difficulties in the lock system but Olof was responsive. Overall great place to stay.

Great stay!! Loved the location!

It's a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood, next to a bus stop that takes you straight to old town. It's a bit far from city centre if you only want to walk but you can get there in 10 minutes by public transport. The apartment is clean and beautiful, Olof provides very detailed information on how to get in and what needs to be done before leaving. Overall a good experience, relatively cheap comparing to other Stockholm accommodation, and I would choose it against.Only downside is that you are expected to leave the apartment really clean, even undo the bedsheets off the beds.

Ein Apartment Hotel mit ruhigen Wohnungen. Ein Coop-Supermarkt gleich gegenüber. Die Bushaltestelle sehr nah. Stockholm Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar. Södermalm mit den Restaurants gleich um die Ecke.

Good quiet location, close to ferry which was a nice way of transport. Bus system works well from main tourist spots but do have to transfer from metro a few mins away. Nice outdoor beer garden close by to check out. Not much else around but again, nice & very quiet neighborhood. About 40 mins from main airport.Our irritants come from amount of communication and rules while enjoying trip ie strip bed, take out trash (with no trash container provided), wash dishes, move towels, etc… why is a cleaning fee is charged? Don’t love a camera watching the exterior the entire time with mention of number of guests, but guess is a nice security feature. Noise monitor sounds excessive as the apt is very small, wouldn’t think anyone would ‘party’ here. Elevator did not work half our stay which isn’t host fault but noting in case needed for those who would need (apt is only 1 flight down though).

Olof’s apartment was very nice. The bedrooms are extremely bright in the morning, so if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend bringing a sleep mask.

We loved our time in this apartment. It was very spacious and had a cute balcony. Short walk uphill from the metro, getting to and from city center was very convenient.

Thank you Fredrik for hosting us. Very easy to get into town from this home and beautiful grass yard was an amenity we didn’t even know we had! I would stay here again.

Very neat and lovely one bedroom with contemporary Ikea furniture. It’s in a quiet suburban area and you have to walk about 10 minutes to the closest station, but from there it’s very close to the central area.

The apartment was well located in a quiet neighborhood with the balcony overlooking a lovely park. Subway station is just down the street from the building, so easy to go anywhere you want in Stockholm. The place is clean and tidy, well supplied kitchen. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Clean linens and towels. The neighborhood had many excellent restaurants and grocery store. Walk 5 minutes to the coastline walking trail with natural beauty and cafes. I downloaded a food delivery app (we used Wolt) and had groceries delivered to the address to save me from carrying too much, but you can also walk to one nearby. The place was expensive, but prices all around had increased due to demand at the time we were there. Fredrik was very responsive to questions. I would stay there again if visiting Stockholm.

great location with lots of restaurants close by. public transportation very close by to make it very easy to get around. definitely recommended! the host was ultra helpful and super responsive as well.

Location is beautiful with access to nature reserve, ferry to central Stockholm, a superb ICA store for food within 15 min walk (or quick by bus), restaurants within 5 min and tasty ice-cream place by ferry. Quite location and lovely mix of holiday vibs and access to town

We loved our stay in this welcoming flat. We were five adult women (cousins and nieces) and Olof’s space was cozy without being too cramped. The beds are comfortable, the large windows opened to let in the lovely fresh spring air, the kitchen was small but sufficient. For our group, one bathroom was a bit tight, but totally workable. The location was pretty ideal - a quiet street with little traffic, but very close to public transit and good restaurants, and walkable into Gamla Stan and even beyond.

I had a great stay - the place was lovely, clean and in a great area. I would definitely recommend it.
