Vargen is located in central Björnen in Åre, directly adjacent to the ski area and within short distance of both the Lokatt lift and the Vargen lift. The area is part of Åre’s family-friendly ski zone, offering easy access to both children’s areas and the wider, more gentle slopes of Björnen.

Here you stay with skiing literally around the corner, while also being close to Björnen centre with ski rental, restaurants, and services within walking distance. During the winter season, there is also convenient access further into Åre’s ski system via Sadeln.

In summer, the area is used for hiking, cycling, and other mountain activities, with trails and nature right nearby.
