Lägenheten låg bra til i forhållande til kommunikationer, och i et spennande område under utveckling. Et stort pluss för kort väg til Hagaparken och fantastisk fina möjligheter att jogga. Instruktionerna vi fick var tydliga, och vi hittade lätt fram. Vi fick som uppgifter vi behövde från Fredrik i god tid. Lägenheten är mycket stilig - som på bilderna - moderna och stilren. Perfekt för et par på några dagars vistelse i Stockholm. Vi måste tacka för att vi fick låna lägenheten, och den kommer vara et aktuelt alternativ nästa gang vi skal til Stockholm.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med närhet till VM8. Lätt att kommunicera med Kimmo med bra information.

Det var bara parkeringen som var dyrt annars lägenheten var superfräscht och rent. Allt det som behövs fanns, fick väldigt tydliga instruktioner så vi hade inga problem med nånting och är jättenöjd! Kommer självklart boka igen i framtiden. Tack Elias!

Super séjour malgré un petit souci au niveau du logement : ce dernier ne correspondait pas à celui réservé.. Andreas a toutefois trouvé un solution très rapidement. Le logement était très bien situé et fonctionnel, je le recommande chaudement.

Heel fijn verbleven in het appartement van Fredrik! Goede uitvalsbasis om Stockholm te ontdekken, helemaal met de metro in de buurt. Zeker een aanrader!

Super logement ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Olof. L’appartement était conforme à nos attentes, malgré un accès pas des plus faciles (la première fois, il faut un peu chercher). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la chambre et de la literie. L’appartement est également très bien situé, dans un quartier rempli de restaurants et de commerces. Nous avons tout fait à pied, mais un arrêt de métro se trouve à quelques minutes seulement du logement. La communication avec Olof s’est très bien déroulée et les instructions étaient claires. Nous recommandons ce logement !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can't praise it enough. The location is incredibly accessible via public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness and comfort of the place exceeded my expectations. The cozy ambiance added a delightful touch to the overall experience.Security is a top priority here, and the building's tight security measures provided me with a sense of safety throughout my stay. The surrounding area is nothing short of picturesque and peaceful. Waking up to such a serene environment was a true highlight. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or a convenient urban escape, this location offers the best of both worlds.One of the standout features for me was the well-equipped kitchen. The price was quite satosfactory too and I would wholehwartedly reccomend it to all.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und der Check In und Check Out total unkompliziert. Elias ist ein super freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Ausstattung der Küche, dort könnte es ein wenig mehr Utensilien geben.

Olof's apartment went above and beyond expectations. You really sense the history of the location and the feeling of staying in a very old home without lacking any modern comforts. - The location is perfect. One end of the street places you in the middle of history, cafes, restaurants, and shops. the other end leads out to the main road, for easy drop off upon arrival. It is a short and scenic walk to the train and grocery (in the train station). - The apartment itself is cozy and very clean. After being out all day, it was nice to come back somewhere tucked away and quiet. The bed was comfortable. - Olof provided us with all the information requested and really great check-in /out instructions. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Positives: Die Wohnung war wunderschön und das Bett und die Küche waren sehr sauber. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Metro war direkt nebenan. Es gab auch genug Lebensmittelläden in der Umgebung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem agb er uns auch sehr hilfreiche Tipps und Hilfestellungen zur Umgebung.Negatives: Die Nachbarn waren an 2 Tagen sehr laut. Sie haben den Bohrer einen kompletten Tag lang verwendet und an einem anderen Tag laute Rap-Musik gehört. Der Eingang zum Haus hat nach Müll gerochen und es waren manchmal Müllreste neben der Treppe. Einmal waren dort sogar Glasscherben auf dem Boden. Dies betraf aber nur den Hausfluhr und NICHT die Wohnung selbst. Ich bin mir sicher, dass der Gasgeber nichts dafür kann, wie sich seine Nachbarn verhalten. Trotz allem finde ich, dass es ein schönes Apartment ist und man dort defintiv einen guten Ort zum schlafen, kochen etc. hat und das zu einem guten Preis.

Really appreciated place, 15min walk to a supermarket, on the opposite side of the city center (river in between). At just 1 bus stop of the train station.Clean, and quiet. Spacious and luminous.
