Fin och bekväm studio i bra läge till bra pris i närheten till Stockholms city. Tyst och allt man behöver för en bra och bekväm övernattning. Fin färjetur med kaffe på smidigt gång avstånd från lägenheten in till Stockholms centrum. Incheckning fungerade inte bra och värden har lovat att se över detta. Rekommenderas!

Top! Easy, uncomplicated und good comminication.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent (10 minutes walk to the metro station). The communication with Olof was also excellent - very responsive.

Süße kleine Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und dennoch perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

You have to do some walking if you stay here, but we enjoyed that part. If you live unexpectedly seeing horses that’s a surprise bonus…And big parks nearby for running.

附近100米就有公交站，非常方便。地铁站1KM。对面就是超市，生活也便利。附近步行有些好吃的餐厅。如果说，在这里慢悠慢悠地逛下，是个好选择。公寓电梯确实非常慢，还好住1楼，走楼梯也方便。

I have stayed at Olof's place 3 times and it has always been a great experience.

Tutto molto bene.la posizione e’ ottima per spostarsi in barca.C’e’ un ascensore pubblico che connette il battello alla casa, che parte dell’hotel saltz a due passi da casa.Purtroppo non ci era stato segnalato da nessuno, e l’abbiamo scoperto in po’ tardi…quando si torna la sera dopo 16 o 20 km fatti a piedi e’ una ottima risorsa….in casa abbiamo anche cucinato;certo per questo bisogna un po’ adattarsi.La struttura e’ stata progettata bene dagli architetti ed e’ un bell’edificio.(toglierei il lampadario nero sul divano, davvero inutile).Nei dintor i non ci sono ristoranti o bar vicini…e’ una zona residenziale.ottimo il panorama e i tramonti sull’acqua.saluti
