Super lieu tout près des restaurants, métro, parcs, gare centrale et d'un canal avec un tres joli sentier pedestre qui mène jusqu'au celebre City Hall. La terrasse est un plus très appréciable pour apero et ou dîner. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage für 4 Personen. Nicht gut war die Bürokratie beim anmelden, in der Küche wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck gut gewesen und der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht, so dass das Bad immer unter Wasser stand.

Great connection to the city.Apartment clean. Kitchen could/should be better equipped ( only two water glasses and few pots). For four people ok. For more people kitchen table too small. Entrance to the building pretty disappointing.Overall ideal location to get easily into Stockholm, with ICA and Lidl supermarkets in walking distance and bars and several restaurants below the apartment. Could be a bit noisy. good Wi-Fi signal. Bathroom is equipped with air dryer.Highly recommended.

Place was as described, stunning view from 5th floor. Easy to find, get in and out. Good public transport: plenty of buses to get you in and back from Gamla Stan/Slussen (even deep in the night, there are night buses from Slussen/T-Centralen); also pendelbåt will get you to Nybroplan fast and easy.Kitchen&bathroom had everything needed, and as deacribed.Will come back, definitely :)

Das Gebäude ist zwar alt, aber das Zimmer ist gut renoviert. Das Nötigste für eine kurze Reise ist vorhanden. Das Bett finde ich sehr gut. In der Nähe ist eine U-Bahn-Station, so dass man von da überall in die Innenstadt fahren kann. Meine Schwester und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Preis-leistungsverhältnis.

The apartment was clean and cozy. Its located in a good location also its close to public transport stops. Andreas communicated quickly and clearly.

在一個寧靜的住宅區，但距離公共交通十分接近。我在亞蘭達機場找到彩虹巴士直接到達，很快很方便。附近有超級市場可購買食物。床鋪舒適，有洗衣機及乾衣機、廚房工具雖然簡單但已足夠煮食物。房東回覆很快。推薦此房屋十分好。

Allt var toppen! Boendet hade fin inredning och fantastiskt utsikt och låg i en lugn stadsdel nära Stockholm city. Rekommenderas varmt!

Appartamento in posizione centrale a Gamla Stan, molto pulito e spazioso. L'host è stato proattivo e ci ha fornito indicazioni molto chiare chiare sia per il check-in che per il check-out. L'unico aspetto negativo è l'assenza di tende oscuranti nel salone, dove si trova il divano letto. Per depositare i bagagli qualche ora prima del check-in (possibile dalle 3 pm), ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 600 SEK.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen mitten in Södermalm und in der Nähe der Altstadt. Die Dusche befindet sich quasi im WC - ist für ein paar Nächte jedoch mehr als ausreichend. Auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist gut. Schade ist nur, dass für einen Early-Check-in knapp 35 Euro verlangt wurde, das ist zu viel. Ansonsten top.

I highly recommend staying at Olof's place. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable. The instructions given earlier by the host are really clear and in case of any problem, he responds quickly. The surroundings are pretty, even though it's quite far from the city centre, it's easy to get there by public transport. Definitely worth the price!
