First of all, we really liked the location and the proximity to Avicii Arena. I also appreciated that the host didn’t significantly raise the price due to the Ice Hockey World Championship, as I noticed with some other listings. The apartment is nice overall, though the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom are a bit small. However, the main issue was the sleeping arrangements. The apartment is advertised for four people, which I find hard to imagine. We were a group of three, which meant that two of us shared the (rather small) double bed, and I slept on the couch. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem, but the couch was broken, so I couldn’t use the fold-out/extended version. I had to sleep on the seating part, which was very uncomfortable. I’m 185 cm tall, and the couch was short, with seat cushions that had deep dents. Everything else was fine – the apartment was clean – but the sleeping comfort was unfortunately very poor.

A comfortable, cosy, and very well-equipped apartment. The host was very responsive and answered all our requests quickly. We felt very welcome. Thank you for the hospitality; we will definitely return.

The stay was in a lovely and accessible location not far from the city centre. Andreas was an accommodating host and quickly responded to any queries that we had. Overall it was a great apartment and we would stay again!

Unfortunately, the apartment’s shine has faded … the pictures no longer fully match its current condition. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the location and the view.

The accommodation was clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to explore Stockholm. Unfortunately, the site is under construction, so there was jackhammering from 7:30 AM until late afternoon. It was therefore impossible to rest or take a nap in the morning, which was the main downside. Otherwise, everything was fine.
