The host was very welcoming and provided us with all the necessary information upon arrival at the accommodation. He even gave us some recommendations and was very responsive. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations at the last minute (following the cancellation of our first booking). The lodging is situated in a quiet residential area, about a 30-minute bus ride from the center, with regular services available. Everything we needed was provided. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend Frederik's accommodation for your visit to Stockholm.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood. Everything was easily accessible. Although there were automated messages, Andreas responded directly, in a friendly and pleasant manner.

Starting from the beginning – the process of getting my request for a stay approved was rather complicated but manageable. During my stay, the apartment was nice and very clean, although it was quite cold, around 18°C, which is not particularly warm considering the Scandinavian weather. Due to the cold temperature, I had to take hot showers to warm up, which resulted in the smoke detector, located above the bathroom door, being triggered. The check-out process was very simple. After my stay, I received a request to pay an extra fee for triggering the smoke detector – an amount 2.5 times higher than the rental fee, even though the detector had turned off on its own. In summary, my stay was pleasant but the final interaction with the owner was not entirely satisfactory. I hope that such practices will improve in the future so that I can have an even better experience. Best regards.
