Väldigt trevligt boende med ett bra läge. Kommunikationen med värden var smidig. Det enda vi saknade var lite mer köksutrustning. Annars rekommenderar vi boendet starkt

Andreas’s apartment was amazing! Huge kitchen, organized bathroom, comfortable living room and bedroom! For 4 people - it is an amazing place! Even though our apartment was a little bit too far from the city centre, we still had a lot of different options, how to get to it. (city centre - 30 minutes (metro / taxi), supermarket - 5 minutes (on foot), tasty pizza place - in our building)! Gorgeous apartment!

Tråkigt att man inte kunde parkera precis vid boendet .Plus att utcheckningen var kl 10,00 skulle gärna vilja kunna ha en timme till utan att behöva betala mer .

Sehr tolle Wohnung! Mehr scandi geht glaube ich nicht. Sehr sauber, bequemes Bett und schöne Küche. Die Lage war, wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig aber äußerst gut angebunden. Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür und Bahnhof 4 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Wir kommen nochmal wieder

Apartment was really nice and clean😊few minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the city center by train🤗also grocery store was nearby.

It’s not the first time that I stay at Andrea’s listing. The place is as described- only issue that I had it was with the fridge since did frozen everything in the cooler area- although I didn’t notify that to Andreas.
Other than that I would recommend this place to stay

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
