Everything was perfectly fine. Easy access to the city, cafe nearby.The accommodation was very cozy and very nicely furnished. Communication with the owner was also great. I can only recommend.

We had a nice time in the apartment, all went smooth and Andreas was always accessible when needed. recommended if you want to visit the city center, good connections

Un très bel appartement, très propre calme. Bien équipé avec lave-vaisselle, bouilloire sèche-cheveux. Proche d’une rue commerçante ( restaurants, supermarché et boulangerie) et proche du métro et du bus! Idéal pour une famille!

Place is close to city centrum, public transportation. It’s a really small but cosy place.

Appartamento a 5 minuti dalla metro che in circa 20 minuti porta nel centro città. Di piccole dimensioni ma molto pulito e con tutto il necessario, più che adeguato al prezzo. Host disponibile e Supermercato vicino. Ottima esperienza.

The flat looks exactly like the pictures, was very clean and check in was super easy. The wifi worked great, the bed was comfortable and the view is stunning! The flat had everything you need to cook and feel like home. The main issue for me was when I arrived there was a horrible smell from the pipes in the shower. I got a quick respons back to run the water for 10 min, or use vinegar and baking soda. But they didnt have any in the flat so I had to go and get it myself.. The smell improved some but was still bad throughout the whole stay. When I arrived the shower head was broken and communication to fix it was not great. They finally sorted it after 2 days and gave me a bit of a refund for the trouble and that was appreciated! Communication overall was ok, it was different people replying under the same name which I found odd. I don't mind diff ppl managing the flat, no need to pretend. However, price was good, overall had a good stay, if they fix the smell I would stay again!

Im Prinzip ist die Unterkunft von Olof Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Die Wohnung und das Haus sind modern und alles war super sauber. Auch der vorhandene kostenlose Parkplatz war ein klarer Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation mit Olof geht schnell und ist zielführend.Die Lage ist ok. Man kann mit den öffentlichen nach Stockholm Central in ca. 30 Minuten gelangen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eher mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße.Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn teilweise recht laut. Auch der fehlende Wasserkocher und Toaster war für uns ein kleiner Minuspunkt.Unglücklicherweise wurde in der ersten Nacht nur ein Handtuch und eine Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Problem wurde aber umgehend am nächsten Tag behoben.

Elias was a great host. He was always friendly and texted back quickly. The apartment was nice and very clean. The walls are badly soundproofed though and the neighbors were sometimes really loud during the nights. A bit more equipment - like a hairdryer or water kettle - would have been nice as well. All in all we had a nice stay and would definitely recommend Elias as a host ☺️

Newly renovated clean tidy spacious apartment in quiet suburb. Bonus-Washing machine + dryer avail.Bed room was simple but super comfortable.Bathroom was clean + practical. Unlimited hot shower. Kitchen is fully furnished like a home. With cold freezer, large fridge, oven + induction cooktop. Apartment is in quiet + save neighbourhood.A home away from home for 2-4 person.Andreas was alert + responsive in all communications.

Clean and fresh apartment in a quiet area close to the metro. Clear instructions and simple to check in and out. Good and reliable host.Be aware that the apartment does get cold if the radiators aren’t turned up high. There was also an extra radiator that could be used when it was colder outside.
