The place was clean and well designed. We did not have a problem with sleeping or simply living in the apartment as 3 adults. The apartment has every cleaning item for dishes and rooms. The location is 10 mins walk to the tram & bus lines. There is a lovely park nearby for those with children. It is close to the water and it seems like there is still work in progress like new buildings or more landscaping but it is not loud or uncomfortable. Considering there are lots of apartments & buildings in the complex, we didn't feel like it was not private. Overall, it was a great temporary place to live when you travel or maybe even for the long term if you have other plans.

Very clean and cool looking place. It was perfect for the 5 of us, lots of space. Nice to have laundry too. Kitchen is very basic, if you want to cook it needs to be very simple meals. There’s not a lot of space as the picture shows and just basic kitchen dishes etc. There is no kettle, just a coffee bodum so if you like tea it doesn’t work. Location wise there is no direct transportation, you have to take a bus and then the train, however the bus is very close to the place. It worked fine for us but wouldn’t for others. You would want to keep the schedule in mind while planning your days. Price seemed a little high being that far from the city, plus you have to strip your own bedding, gather the towels and take out the garbage.

La casa es grande, moderna, cómoda y con un jardín precioso.Además, está cerca del transporte público para ir al centro.

Alojamiento muy agradable, tranquilo, limpio y nuevo. Aunque da la sensación de un poco apartado está bien comunicado y con vistas fantásticas.

Elias' apartment is clean, bright and has a great view of the water and the nearby islands. It is a bit small but perfect for a couple. There's a balcony large enough to sit outside and dine while taking in the lovely view. Access to public transportation was excellent and very convenient to the center of Stockholm via buses and/or the subway. There are several great little bistro-type restaurants within a few blocks as well as a grocery store which enabled us to not have to dine out for every meal. Wonderful location!

Supertrevligt och fräscht boende!! Enkelt att checka in och ut, och Elias var vänlig och tydlig med instruktioner. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende och Elias som värd!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. There were three of us and it was fine but I would recommend the apartment for two people.It is very clean and equipped with everything you need (except kitchen towels, so remember to bring those ;)). In the close area there isn‘t that much to see but trams and busses are in 7-10min walking distance. Construction is starting at 7 in the morning so if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing ear plugs. The communication with Elias isn’t very personal but he answers quickly. The instructions for check-in and -out are easy to understand. Recommended!

El apartamento está muy bien decorado, y es muy cómodo. Todo funciona muy bien. La localización es ideal, una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes, y cerca de Gamla Stan.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung, die ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen ist. Die U-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, anschließend sind es nur weige Stationen in die Innenstadt. Toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetag nach Stockholm!

Good location for the price, not too long of a walk across the bridge to the central station. Fast wifi, clean comfortable space, only slight issue I had was regulating temperature (got a bit warm at night), but not too big of an issue.

Appartement agréable. Quartier calme à proximité du centre, des restaurants et du métro. Seul bémol, il manque 2 fauteuils ou un petit canapé.La salle de bain est très petite, comme précisée dans l'annonce.

Amazing space! Location was great and felt very safe, short walk from the metro/well connected bus stops but also from very good restaurants and bakeries. Host was also super responsive and resolved any issues we had as soon as possible. Thanks so much Fredrik for letting us stay. Very much recommend :)

Fredrik to gospodarz wart polecenia. Komunikacja 10/10, jasne instrukcje oraz bardzo przyjazne nastawienie do gościa. Dom jak dom rodzinny. Można poczuć się jak w domu będąc od niego 1000 km :)

Miejsce idealne na krótki pobyt w Gothenburgu. Mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzebne oraz jest niedaleko od przystanka tramwajowego, sklepów spożywczych oraz restauracji. Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem. Jasne wskazówki i porady.
