Nice place

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Elias. Durch die Schlüsselbox ist man von Check in bis Check out sehr selbstständig. Die Lage ist gut - man kommt zwar nicht zu Fuss ins Stadtzentrum, aber mit Bus und Bahn geht es sehr einfach. Preis-Leistung top. Man muss aber dazu sagen, dass man sich zu dritt nach zwei, drei Nächten schon ziemlich nahe kommt, da die Räume nicht getrennt sind.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. An der Unterkunft gibt es überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln, falls man einen sauberen und trockenen Platz zum schlafen braucht. Auch der Gastgeber hat gut und schnell kommuniziert.

Unser Aufenthalt in Stockholm hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Auch der flexible Check-in hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Olof was an amazing host during our stay. Responsive, friendly and welcoming he made the whole process so simple and the apartment itself is in an easy to get to location just outside the busiest part of the city and was exactly as described. Would love to stay again.

A very clean and modern airbnb-maisonette with minimalist furniture (no decorations). The instructions we got for check-in were easy to follow and the check-in uncomplicated using the codes provided.The kitchen is missing a few things if you want to cook: There is a pan but no spatula. No kettle. We found salt but no oil (bring your own). We were lucky to find detergent for one load of the washing machine which seemed left-over from earlier guests.Some of the furniture choices and kitchen arrangements are impractical: Cuttlery inside one of a big drawer in a casserole, a cabinet that doesn’t fit under the stairs, …We felt a bit locked-in for a minute when we wanted to leave for the first time until we found out that you had to press and turn a knob in order to open the door from the inside.The building is located next to a 4-lane road, but its built to modern standards so you barely hear the traffic when the windows are shut.Overall we had a very comfortable.

Lovely little apartment, cosy and quiet. Was a perfect getaway and still close enough to Gothenburg central station (30 mins walk) and some local shops (15 mins walk). Would definitely visit again

Very nice place at a great price. Super clean. You can get to the center within 20 minutes of leaving the flat, by using public transport, located fairly close. Only thing to pinpoint is the lack of kitchen utilities and washtowel, which is a minor problem when just being two persons. All in all - super satisfied!

Very good stay. It was walkable from red line station. Good grocery near by.

Kohde oli rauhallisessa paikassa pienen matkan päässä Åren keskustan hulinasta. Oli mukavaa alamäkipäivän jälkeen tulla omaan rauhalliseen majoitukseen. Asunnon neliöt oli käytetty tehokkaasti ja asunto oli todella viihtyisä ja siisti, Kimmo vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!

Super logement, confortable et très propre !

It is a very nice apartment to stay for a short period. It is of size of a hotel room, but with a kitchen and a balcony. The balcony is towards a building nearby, so do not expect to see anything but neighbours. The subway is 10-15 minutes walk. There is a park nearby with a lake. Supermarket Lidl is a 5 minutes walk. Note that you cannot enter without a key and there is just one key. The apartment is new and the neighbours are quiet

The apartment was clean and well equipped for a three nights’ stay. It felt more like a hotel room than someone’s home however: some basic utensils such as a cutting board and a drying rack were missing (even though there was a washing machine which was great for us), and TV channels were not installed. Parking next to the apartment is expensive. The bed was comfortable.

The place was very cozy and spacious. Good place to sleep at. There was no cooking oil, salt or pepper, so if you want to cook then take your own with you. Everything else you need, there you can find it. ;)

Excellent view and perfect location for mountainbiking.
